Development Status Quo And Analysis Research Of Football Coach Education System In China

This research use the vision of coach education,through bibliography,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,using material of Chinese coach education and participants of A license and instructors coaching course in 2008,focus on necessity and possibility of setting up consummate china coach education system.Discuss how to put the coach education system into Chinese style, to improve the level of Chinese football coach performance.The main conclusion is that:1.The C/B/A/PRO four level license system of CFA,needs to put in D license to train school's teachers and enlarge the football population.CFA must pay more attention to reunite the coaching material and translate the advanced philosophy easier to understand by Chinese coaches.2.The content of coaching course of many countries is similar,despite the different system of states,is divided into three parts,basic theory,specialized football theory and practice.3.The stuff of coach education all over china is limited.The Supervise of CFA to C license is not tight.Assessments of those courses are not strictly.4.Chinese coach instructors are now in low level,their practice could not match their theory.Instructors' experience,qualification and reputation are not high and need to improve.We must increase the income of instructors to stimulate their enthusiasm.5.Most of the age of participants in A license course nowadays is between 31-39, most of them are now coaching youth teams.It proves that most of coaches in clubs were educated by CFA coaching system,so we need to improve them further by setting up re-educate system.We must combine the coach license system,re-educate system and registry system.6.Special coaching system and re-education coaching system have not set up yet, but they can consummate the license system and are good supplement for that.7.After Chinese coaches participated in many coaching courses,studied oversea and gained experience of foreign coached beside,they improved their performance step by step.The dominance of foreign coaches in Chinese league decreased recently.
