With the development of ICT use in school, the evaluation of ICT use in school gradually becomes one of focus of educational technology research. Through the evaluation, a scientific and systematic judgment on ICT use in school will be given. A timely diagnosis of the problems in ICT use in school will be made. A basis for plan of school or regional educational information development will be provided. Hence ICT use in school will be instructed and implemented effectively. This is the current issue of great concern of school leaders and governments at all levels. Therefore, studying the ideas and methods of evaluation of ICT use in school systematically and drawing up practical and rational evaluation models has important research value and significance for evaluating ICT use in school scientifically and effectively.The dissertation analyses the evaluation of ICT use in school both at home and abroad through document retrieval. It analyses the influencing factors of ICT use in school through quantitative analysis. On this basis, the dissertation first analyses the hierarchical structure of main influencing factors of ICT use in school through ISM. Next, from system perspective, it summarizes the main influencing factors of ICT use in school and suggests "system-based ICT use in school". Then, it suggests "system-based IEPO evaluation model of ICT use in school" and analyses each part of the model. After that, it points out how to evaluate the inputs factors, the ensurance factor, process and outcomes of IEPO evaluation model of ICT use in school from system perspective. At last, taking Pudong new area as an example, it uses IEPO evaluation model to evaluate the ICT use in school, analyses the factors of IEPO evaluation model of ICT use in school from regional level, analyses the relation of each factor through partial correlation analysis method, proposes specific measures in promoting ICT use in school, proposes sustainable development of system-based ICT use in school.The dissertation is divided into eight chapters.Chapter 1 puts forward the background of study, describes the concepts related to ICT use in school, points out the significance of the evaluation of ICT use in school, and proposes the technology roadmap, framework and content of IEPO evaluation model of ICT use in school.Chapter 2 explains the principles, methods and related theories of evaluation of ICT use in school, analyses explicitly the dissertations of educational informatization evaluation both at home and abroad.Chapter 3, first of all, defines the main factors of ICT use in school through bibliometrics, establishes interpretative structural model of these influencing factors through ISM. On this basis, it proposes the framework of system- based ICT use in school, expounds explicitly connotation and objectives of four specific applications, three inputs factors and one ensurance factor of ICT use in school.Chapter 4 proposes the framework of system-based IEPO evaluation model of ICT use in school, analyses the inputs factors, the ensurance factor, application process and application outcomes of IEPO evaluation model.Chapter 5 explains specifically the evaluation of three inputs factors of IEPO evaluation model, including infrastructure of ICT use in school, information-based educational resources in schools and information technology human resources in school. It explains the evaluation of the ensurance factor of IEPO evaluation model. It explains explicitly one of ICT use in school, the evaluation of the integration of information technology and curriculums in school. It also explains how to evaluate outcomes of ICT use in school.Chapter 6 explains specific application of IEPO evaluation model in Pudong new area. It analyses the current evaluation situation of ICT use in school and its inputs factors and ensurance factor. It also analyses the relation of IEPO evaluation model factors. It suggests countermeasures and methods in promoting ICT use in school and the sustainable development from system perspective.Chapter 7 summarizes the main points of the dissertation and puts forward for further research.
