The basic structure of adipose tissue, the body needs some fat to maintain the cell structure and function, which is of great significance for the human body. The health needs of a reasonable percentage of body fat, too high or too low will result in increased health risks, and evea induce many diseases. In this study to represent different regions of China Jinan, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Xi'an, four cities in 3-69 year-old residents in 1013 healthy subjects. In this study, it selected China's four cities in different regions of the 3-69 year-old residents in 1013 healthy subjects, such as Jinan, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Xi'an. Testing the body fat content and distribution characteristics by DEXA, while the use of its own lifestyle questionnaire prepared for the content and other aspects of lifestyle surveys, included the basic situation of the individual living habits, eating habits, nutrient intake, daily activities and physical activities. Through the collation, analysis and comparison for the inquiries and the experimental data, in this study, there have the following relationships between the body fat content and lifestyle for some urban residents in China:(1)there has the highest fat accumulation in the trunk part by " Deep-Frying" and "frying" cooking and for drinkers and drunkard frequently everyday, in order to the formation of endoderm-type body, so that the digestive organs hypertrophy, internal organs rich in fat deposition, that became the major diseases of potential risk factors for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, colon cancer and other.(2)Daily intaking of staple foods in the "150-200g" or above, and the reasonable, balanced nutrients, such as meat, fish and shrimp, eggs, soy products, vegetables, and fruit; meanwhile reducing intake snack such as eating half an hour before going to bed, that benefit to prevent the rise in the rate of body fat due to intaking high-fat, sugar, and other high-risk food. and young people were fond of, as the subject mainly of specialty off-campus classes should; training methods and knowledge of physical activity from childhood; making sure the cumulative time under control 2-3 hours a day in watching television, videos, playing computer games; ensuring the time which physical education and extra-curricular activities weekly. All these measures can effectively prevent the rate of body fat, especially the rate of increase in trunk fat.(4)Adults who participate in sports during their leisure time activi-ties such as exercise and gardening, and those activities more than 60 minutes daily and those who insist on physical exercise, can effectively reduce the rate of body fat.(5) It's the best way to controlling body fat content by good living habits and a scientific and reasonable diet, combined with physical activity and physical exercise.
