| It was difficult for research and development of nuclear medicine to analyze biokinetic data and calculate internal radiation dose of radiopharamceuticals. Also, dose distribution of implanted seeds was an obstacle in interstitial tumor treatment. The software, INDFIT 1.0, BIKNC 1.0 and ITPSS 1.0 were programmed for it.On the base of compartment chains, analyses of INDFIT 1.0 for biokinetic data have been realized by using stepwise determination and least-square method. The results included clearance and absorption fractions and its rates of concerning tissues or organs, as well as expressions of the residence of radiopharamceuticals as a function of time. With the calculation of disintegration in relevant source organs by using BIKNC 1.0 based on compartment model and absorbed doses to target organs, effective dose that used to evaluate possible health damage could be archived.Actual analyses of experiment data indicated the software mentioned above were reasonable and reliable on certain degree with satisfied results. INDFIT 1.0 and BIKNC 1.0 may be used for practice. The seeds, such as 125I(6711, 6702 model), 192Ir and 103Pd, were used commonly in interstitial treatment of tumor at present. For obtaining the distribution of absorbed dose in tumor and surrounding tissues after implant of seeds, the software, Interstitial Treatment Planning System of Seeds (ITPSS 1.0) was programmed. Dose distributions of multi-seeds were obtained from ITPSS based on that of single seed by using linear splicing. Under the condition of even or uneven single plane distribution of seeds, isodose rate curves were archived. For multi-planes distribution of seeds, isodose rate 3D toroidals was acquired. After clinical tryout and being made more perfect, ITPSS 1.0 may be used widely. |
