Focus on the innovation in service, this dissertation uses measures such as literature research, game theory, case study and so on to study systematically the management of service innovation model of multi-participators based on the theory of service innovation and open innovation, which includes:Firstly, a theory foundation framework of service innovation of multi-participators is created. It includes exploring the model's conception and construction, creating a theory model to explain it deeply and a characteristic model to analyze the main feature base on interface view, and exploring the driving cause and development tendency of this model.Secondly, based on company strategy view, a'location cost'considered Hotelling model under customer heterogeneity distribution is created to explore application of service innovation strategy to difference competitive strategy, then discusses the strategy position of this model in company's innovation management..Thirdly, a game model with company, customer and supplier is created to study the performance brought to participators and system by this model. It includes the performance analyzing under the condition of without customer and supplier's participation, of participation of customer or supplier, and of participation of customer and supplier.Fourthly, a game model with multi-participators under non-cooperation condition is concerned deeply to explore the risk characteristics. It includes the analyzing and comparison of optimization of participators in Nash Equilibrium and optimization of the system in Pareto Optimality. Finally, based on the research above, it explores the model's management polices by analyzing the case of IBM's practice of this model. The dissertation comes out with these main conclusions:Firstly, the service innovation model of multi-participators is a model of open innovation involved more participators in innovation system, which company (managers and staffs include), customer and supplier create an important innovation triangle, and the complex interaction within them is one important character of this model. Its shows service model of multi-participators is a dynamic innovation process included complex interaction relationship.Secondly, more and more company managers, staffs, suppliers, colleges, institutes and so on are involved in service innovation, which changes the single and linear innovation closed process, it makes open innovation model of multi-participators become an important service innovation developing tendency.Thirdly, company can realize differentiation by service innovation strategy, and service innovation model of multi-participators adapts company's competitive strategic target, can be an important choice of company strategy to differentiation and win competitive advantages in a long term.Fourthly, in the condition of effective cooperation, participators'innovation performance will improve with the innovation model opening. However, in the condition of non-cooperation, as the behavior of"free rider", it generates system risk, and the efficiency of cooperation, performance contribution to participators and so on will affect the risk. So, this model has obvious characteristics of performance and risk.Fifthly, based on the research above, from IBM's case, to management this model, it should be concerned mainly the follow management policies: plan and manage the innovation resource, improve its efficiency; pay attention to organization creation, creating a physical and virtual complex network organization and motivation mechanism correspondingly; identify and culture the valuable resources, create"human-centric"management philosophy and regulations, and risk warning and control system as well.
