This study investigates an empirical study for the influential factors on the performances of korean small and medium firms in the Liao-Ning Province of China. This one needed a segmented market approach to Liao-Ning Province, instead of approaching to a whole and huge China market, and found the important factors on which have influence on the management performances of Korean small and medium firms in the Liao-Ning Province of China, and focused on the factors which have influence on the dependent variables as like the subjective management satisfaction and financial performance.This study suggested that Korean small and medium firms should maintain the cost advantage strategy and the differentiation advantage because the technological advantages of them were eroded by the following Chinese firms.The firm-specific advantages as like the experiences of internationalization,the technology and research development, and the marketing ability, become the inducements of foreign direct investment(FDI) to Liao-Ning Province of China.Their localization strategy as like the parts supply, the logistics networking, the power decentralization, technology transfer, the harmonization with host society are very important, which can minimize the risk and foreignness cost in the host country China. This study compared the influences of these advantage factors of Korean small and medium FDI firms` performances in China with the relative importances among them. Also, this one empirically analysed the investment satisfaction degree, the subjective influences of financial performance and their relative importances between the Korean small and medium FDI firms which entered into the China domestic demand market and the ones which did not.The report has 8 chapters,the headline for respective arrange as below:Chapter 1 Introduction,this chapter is mainly about what do we study,which expounds the background of reality and theory in order to work out the basic issue, research destination, structure and method of this report.Chapter 2 Summary of related literature. This one continuing the previous for some basic issue,review and summarize the international process of SMEs, The investment theory of oversea marketing and manage performance. This chapter mainly tells the development history, current situation, also clear the idea of the theory's inherit, improve and develop.Chapter 3 Chinese market circumstances and the situation of located enterprises.This chapter mainly introduce the market circumstances of China, for knowing it better. and give the further point of oversea company put investment in Chinese investment(Enterprise of Korea,oversea Chinese, Japan and America).Chapter 4 The related theory and research by reason, according to what content of chaprer4 research, we will do the further discussion and profound analysis of supreme manager and manage performance,compete strategic and manage performance, local strategic and manage performance, Enterprises' superiority and manage performance, also the related theory of investment motivation for SMES in Korea.Chapter 5 Research model and research assumption, this chapter continuing the previous for some basic issue, and get the final detailed model,then make the assumption according the theory model we've got.Chapter 6 The design for questionnaire &data, this chapter tells about the definition and survey. The process of data collection and its method and technique.Chapter 7 Empirical research's result and analysis. This chapter firstly analyses empirical research's result, secondly, make an assumption for this result's discussion.Chapter 8 Outlook of main conclusion and research. This chapter will make a conclusion for the result of what this report study on, show the point of view and elevation of it. Finally work out the shortage of this report and direction in the future.
