Research On Management Of Enterprise Within Supply Chain Based On Harmony Theory

Along with the draw dramatically changing of market environment, the uncertaitty in the supply chain management was show up. It's urgent to show the disharmonious problems brought up by uncertaintyThe theory of harmony which was born in 1980s has been applied to the harmonious management in enterprises. However, there were few research study the enterprise management within supply chain by applying the theory of harmony, people has not yet seen the research achievement of it. Studying the issue of enterprise management within the supply chain based on the theory of harmony brought a brand new research path to supply chain management. Meanwhile, it also provided a new view to study the theory of harmony in enterprise management and its own application field.Firstly, this dissertation has put forward the selected topic which was to study the enterprise management within the supply chain by applying the theory of harmony which was based on the research status of supply chain management at home and abroad and on the problems the supply chain management has been facing at present. This has also analyzed the necessity and possibility of the enterprise harmonious management within the supply chain.Secondly, this has built a model to study the enterprise management within the supply chain which has been based on the theory of harmony. In order to realize the harmonious management within the supply chain, the enterprises within the supply chain should achieve the win-win situation by building "Concord Principle" through optimizing business processes and setting up "Coordination Principle" through building the harmonious management atmosphere after the enterprises understood the existing problems within the supply chain.Thirdly, the disharmonious problems existing in the enterprise management within the supply chain and has made hierarchical analysis to the harmony of the enterprises within the supply chain was studied from both theoretical and empirical aspects. To make a harmonious analysis of enterprise supply chain, the analytic factors of enterprise harmony from the four aspects of commodity circulation links, logistic links, information flow and capital flow were determined. At the same time, a hierarchical decomposition of the above four aspects was given and a system of evaluation of the enterprise harmony within the supply chain was created. Besides, the enterprise harmony within the supply chain was evaluated and empirical research to the evaluation results based on the current situation of the above four aspects in Shan Dong province was conducted.Fourthly, discussing enterprise management within the supply chain from the aspect of optimizing business processes, "Concord Principle"was discussed. The business processes within the suply chain wasoptimizedFifthly, enterprise management within the supply chain from the view of building harmonious management atmosphere was discussed, By mobilizeing the initiative of the enterprises within the supply chain and realizeing the win-win situation through setting up the information platform, strengthening the mutual trust within the enterprises in the supply chain, bulding the win-win model a good atmosphere was created.This dissertation also made separate researches on the building up of the enterprise internal management information system, supply chain management information sharing systems based on the core enterprise custody mode and supply chain management information sharing systems based on third party custody mode. It has also come up with various modes of win-win cooperation between manufacturers.
