In the new century, the features of the social environment, natural environment and the competitive environment that the enterprise faced are quite different. How to build dynamic capabilities of enterprise strategy, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness at every stage in corporate strategy, that is important for the domestic and foreign enterprise's survival and sustainable development.Based on the system theory and the contradiction theory, this dissertation observed and analyzed the dynamic capabilities construction of the corporate strategy as a whole system. By analogizing, scenario analysis and case-based analysis, this dissertation research on the paper-related issues and the proposed model.This dissertation proposed the concept of corporate strategy dynamic capabilities. The dynamic capabilities of enterprise strategy are the abilities that perceiving, testing and implement about the enterprise strategy in the development process. Strategic dynamic capabilities are always the dynamic combination of capacity and synergies throughout the enterprise strategy. It enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate strategy at the various stages and all levels.We established the emergency response model of dynamic capabilities, which can improve the dynamic capabilities of corporate strategic analysis. Corporate strategy three Laws were proposed, and a model of identifying the significant environmental facts was build. We analyzed how the important factors influenced the stakeholders and resource capabilities. We also discussed the guarantees of the proposed model in organizational structure.We established a stakeholders'dynamic capability model to improve corporate strategic decision-making capacity. We proposed stakeholders recognition model, and analyzed the demands of stakeholders. By so doing, dynamically balanced relations of stakeholder were established. We also discussed how the stakeholder model should be organized and arranged in a corporate.By referencing the framework of knowledge management system based on bionic fermentation of biology, this dissertation constructed a bionic model of organizational learning for enhancing the dynamic executing capabilities of corporate strategy. We also discussed how the proposed model should be organized and arranged in an organization. It is believed that dynamic capabilities of the corporate strategy are constructed by the proposed three models which should cooperation with each other. We gave a further discussion about the synergy between the proposed models. |
