The Study On Coorperative And Harmonious Systems Of Ruaralization And Urbanization In China

Nowadays,the problem of the gap between urban and rural areas is a heavy topicin china.It is not only because the problem is a reality that is represented by"Urban-rural dual structure",but also because the problem is the result which is due tointerrelation of a series of complex social phenomena.Therefore,the problem becomesan unsettled one of the century.Leaders of three generations in CPC have been doingcontinuous efforts to solve the problem,but we couldn't see the dawn of dealing withthe urban-rural gap problem until the strategy of"Urban and Rural Development"isproposed by new term of leaders in CPC.Problem of urban-rural gap in china is basically different from that in othercountries especially in developed western countries.Besides,the form of Urban-ruraldual structure is because of system arrangements in a large scale,so the problem isfilled with obvious"Chinese characteristics".The thesis tries to see Urban - ruralMerging system from a combination of economics and sociology perspective, basingon the outline of interactive relationship between urban and rural areas.Furthermore,the research jumps out of the thinking of"using agricultural words todiscuss agriculture"and the bound of General economic and social policies,andfocuses on the need of Urban-rural development with the help of theories of Chineseand foreign urban-rural relations. In the thesis,the author adopts the theoretical andexperimental research methods and starts from the Urban - rural Merging perspectivein order to construct the basic theoretical system of Urban - rural integration. What'smore,the author discusses the constrained elements and evaluation system of Urban -rural integration,as well as some suggestions and strategies,basing on the existingproblems in the process of different periods of Chinese evolution of urban-ruralrelations.The thesis is divided into the following seven chapters: In The first chapter,the author intends for presenting the backgroundknowledge,meaning of the thesis,domestic and international literature review,thelogical structure of the paper arrangements and innovation and inadequacies.In The second chapter,the author analyses the basic theories of Chineseurban-rural issues,identifies the relative concepts,and evaluates the thoughts ofurban-rural integration,which can give the theoretical basis for the whole research.In The third chapter,the author analyses the lessons learned from foreign Urban -rural Merging experiments and makes a helpful conclusion of Chinese urban-ruraldevelopment through studies on Empirical analysis of the urban-rural integration indeveloped and developing countries.In the fourth chapter,the author analyses the Chinese environment urban-ruralsystem and the influences from economic,political and cultural systems throughstudying on relations between system environment and urban-rural integration system.In the fifth chapter,the author presents the institutional Change and its dynamicmechanism for urban and rural integration in china. Besides,the author digs outpromotional source of Chinese urban and rural integration of institutional change,thatis,the dynamic mechanisms of urban and rural integration of institutional change. Atlast,the author analyses the motivated structure of urban and rural integration ofinstitutional change.In the sixth chapter,the author analyses the influencing factors of urban and ruralintegration system and regards the urban-rural economics as a consumption constructsystem which has the open and relative characters. In addition,the author brings anEmpirical Analysis on relative elements in urban and rural integration system throughanalyzing the inner laws of development of productive forces and sets a model ofcoordinated development of urban and rural economy.In the last chapter,the author proposes the suggestions to Chinese Urban-ruralintegration of the evaluation index system and policies,determines the basicframework of the urban-rural Evaluation System,including principles and evaluationsystem,and constructs a scientific urban-rural evaluation system. Besides,the authorapplies the gray relational analysis method to analyze urban-rural integration of gray relational data.At the same time,the author analyses the results and proposes somesystematical proposals about urban-rural integration system in China.
