Research On Spare Psrts Service Oriented To Regional Economy

Sponsored by the China's National High-tech R&D Program (No.2002AA414070) and (No.2004AA414034), based on in-depth analysis and discussion of manufacturing service pattern and spare parts management, this dissertation focused on the architecture of spare parts service pattern and spare parts service platform, centralized inventory management pattern and inventory control strategy of slow moving spare parts, distributed virtual inventory and inventory control strategy of fast moving spare parts, the cost-effectiveness model of centralized purchasing of the spare parts, benefit distribution method of the spare parts and pricing of the spare parts service, etc.. It provided a solid theoretical basis and guidance method for management of spare parts service of enterprises oriented to regional economy.In Chapter one, we described the background including the status of textile region, the basic concept of manufacturing service, and research state at home and abroad related to spare parts management, and further defined the research significance of objective, and presented the main content and the structure of paper.In Chapter two, we proposed the pattern and architecture of spare parts management service; researched the classification method of spare parts based on fuzzy general evaluation in accordance with spare parts classification and feature, which divided the spare parts into two categories:slow moving spare parts and fast moving spare parts; on the basis of the above classification, we proposed the multi-service type based on the spare parts service platform, and specified the content, feature and sphere of application of the slow and fast moving spare parts management service. At the end of the chapter, we discussed the architecture of spare parts service management and described in detail the organization and operation model of spare parts management service.In Chapter three, the proposed slow moving spare parts management pattern based on service is an advanced pattern used for the slow moving spare parts management of enterprises with consubstantial trend in this region. Firstly we studied the centralized inventory management pattern of slow moving spare parts, and then we studied stocking of the slow moving spare parts under uncertain requirements, focused on establishing three mathematical models of the slow movement spare parts, specifically, taking the spare parts of index type as an example, calculated respectively the amounts of spare parts managed in the pattern of being served by the spare parts service provider and in the pattern of being stocked by respective enterprise of their own. It is obtained through the comparative analysis that, a large amount of the spare parts stock can be saved by adopting such slow moving spare parts management pattern based on service; subsequently we studied inventory control strategy of slow moving spare parts under uncertain requirements, respectively analyzed the ordering strategies based on fixed lead time and periodic inspection, it was proved by case analysis that, such spare parts service guarantee not only the supply of spare parts business but also significant cost savings, thus this pattern is advanced and effective. At last, we described the maintenance of the slow moving spare parts.In Chapter four, we proposed a distributed virtual inventory model of fast moving spare parts; studied virtual inventory strategy of fast moving spare parts, including the inventory control model under centralized procurement and the inventory control model under allocation within the region; analyzed the cost-effectiveness of centralized purchasing of the fast moving spare parts, thus proving the superiority of centralized purchasing by example.In Chapter five, we studied pricing of spare parts service. In particular, we proposed a detailed description of influencing factors of spare parts service pricing, including demand factor, competitive factor and cost factor, etc.. Then we introduced the Method Choice of spare parts service pricing and put forward corresponding pricing model according to slow moving spare parts service. Finally, taking fast moving spare parts as an example, we investigated the benefit distribution produced by such spare parts service model.In Chapter six, we built overall structural and functional model based on manufacturing service platform according to the above theoretical studies; and presented partial operating case of spare parts service system, thus providing support to improving spare parts management ability of enterprises in this region.In Chapter seven, we summarized the main conclusions of this dissertation and prospected the further research work.
