Analysis On Operational Mechanics Of Renminbi Offshore Financing

Economy globalization is a main development trend in the world, of which finance globalization is a key part. In 21st century, post-WTO China's finance is facing both challenges and opportunities. Therefore, a study of RenMinBi offshore finance is essentially important. In this paper, with the guidance of comprehensive principles in international economics, industry economics, development economics, management sciences and statistics, the feasibility of offshore RenMinBi finance was explored. Through exploring the formation mechanism on how its interest and exchange rate would be formed, offshore RenMinBi internal operation mechanism was analyzed; using the international comparison technique, the influence of the offshore RemMinBi finance and the corresponding operational methods to promote its development were researched. Based on these studies, the feasible pathway, expecting risks and corresponding measures were derived; the comparison superiority and global competitions capability of RenMinBi were qualitatively and quantitatively studied. The results and conclusions provided the theoretical fundamentals to the strategetically structural adjustment of the post-WTO China's finance.
