Incomplete Contract Perspective, The Human Capital Gains On The Realization Of The Right

Acting as a kind of"active capital", the achievement of human capital's gains right directly influences the exertion of human capital investment and its efficiency. Human capital turns more and more into the decisive factor of economic development, along with the incessant development of science and technology. The storage and efficiency of human capital influence not only the microeconomic benefit of enterprises, but also the sustained and fine development of national economy. Research on property rights of human capital is the new evolution of human capital theory. At the present time, most of the vended literatures centralize on the research of the characteristics of human capital's property rights, and on its influence for the ownership arrangement of enterprises. Only unwonted science production of thorough research on human capital's gains right could be found. This thesis did groping research on how to achieve the human capital's gains right in the perspective of incomplete contract. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, to trim the property rights theory of human capital systematically and evaluate it externally. The development of human capital theory and property rights theory laid the foundation for the research on property rights of human capital. Human capital theory developed mainly towards two directions before the 1990's: promoting economic growth and raising individual income. During its developing progress, the property rights theory of human capital was primarily discussed by overseas scholars, but no systemic theory came into being. After 1990's, Chinese scholars boosted this research from two aspects: defining the basic theory about concept, structure and characteristic of human capital's property rights; studying the status of human capital during arrangement of enterprise ownership. This thesis figured out that research on property rights of human capital is a new direction, as well as an expansion of human capital theory.Secondly, to dispel the incompleteness of dealing contract of human capital's property rights, combining the specialty of human capital's property rights with incomplete contract theory.
