| Under the framework of human capital theory, this dissertation studies the dynamic relationship of technology change, human capital investment and human capital accumulation, from employee and firm's micro-perspective, and explores the induced effect of technology change to human capital investment and interrelation between technology change and human capital accumulation, and discusses the correlativity between technology.change and determinants of employee and firms' human capital investment, and the effect of skill structure, wage inquality and determinants of employee wage of technology change, and putts forward promoting technology change and human capital accumulation polices correspondingly.This dissertation offers an integrated framework of technology change and human capital accumulation. It includes technology change, inequality and human capital accumulation. Skill-biased technology change will increase the demand of high skill labor, and incduce the wage inequlity between high-skilled labor and low-skilled labor, and the return to human capital investment, so prompte human capital investment and human capital accumulation. If human capital can accumulate rapidly and effectively, the supply of skill labor will increase continually, well then technology change will be more biased to skill. If the demand of human capital investment can be satisfied, the benign-loop between technology change and human capital accumulation can be formed.The technology changes of China's firms present the characteristics of the skill-biased, on the certain degree. Using data from recent survey on manufacturing firms in Zhejiang province, the result shows that the technology change of firms might contribute to the increased relative demand for skilled labor.
