Since the price reform of our country in the 90's, the price of the overwhelming majority merchandise and labor service has already been decided by the market, for the market mechanism is in the predominant position. Though the market mechanism of the merchandise price formation is already build up, and the mission of the price reform has already complete, yet the research on price still have a long way to go. On one hand the traditional price theories usually can neither explain supply and demand relation of the market nor the benefits allotment relation between the bargainers because of the incompletion of the market, such as monopoly, exterior, the information dissymmetry etc. On the other hand, with the development of the economy and modern information technique more and more products (include the visible product and invisible products) has been the merchandise that can be traded, so that more and more new markets have been existing. But as the main body of market trading, the business enterprise inclines toward the price behavior of the complication and levity, which brings many phenomenons that, did not been mentioned. At the same time, many unreasonable price behavior of business enterprise can't make the price be the indicator of resources scheme, it causes the price mechanism out of order.
