Logistics information, as a central nerve system of logistics process, greatly impacts on the decision-making of all logistics organizers, and controls the use of the logistics infrastructure resources. With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, the networked trend of logistics information increasingly emerges. So many scholars are more and more interested in the logistics information networks in a new time section. In this dissertation, we focus on the study on construction, analysis based on model and operational management of logistics information networks adapting to grid environment, and we want to find how to realize the reasonable integrating or sharing of the logistics information networks resources, and how to insure that logistics networks can couple its development with the advanced network environment. We aim to improve both the logistics network operational efficiency and logistics networks servce level.Now, there are a large number of qualitative studies and methodological studies based on the summary of practice. But the forceful proof is lacking. Guided by IRM theory, complex network theory, grid ideology, information economics theory and so on, through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and also the combination of empirical research and numerical simulation, this dissertation reaches some main conclusions as follow:1. The networked trend of logistics information is determined by the society demand, market demand and enterprise demand. We think that the development pattern of logistics network coupled with grid technology organically is advanced.2. The designed solid hiberarchy framwork of logistics information networks and the logistics information networks framework based on OGSA, realize the logistics service virtualization, agility, safety and high efficiency, which can also server us according to need.3. The rationality and high efficiency of logistics information networks adapting to grid environment are both proved by the LINM model and its simulation results.4. After the research on the principia and method of the logistics information networks operational management, we propose some feasible management strategy in logistics operation. From the principia, method and strategy, we can find a new way to the solution to operational management of a logistics information networks which give proper attention to both sustainable development and collective interest.In this dissertation, we construct a theoretical framwork in the logistics information networks field, enrich the theoretical system of logistics networks and the modern logistics management theory. On the other hand, the application of grid technology and grid ideology, as well as the introduction of systematic theory and simulation technology, paves a new way for solving the similar problems.In addition, there are 36 figures and 5 tables in the dissertation. We also have referred to 202 reference documents.
