Which is a kind of endogenetic increasing mode could be followed by most other county; The third is the way encouraging private capital economy to found rural commercial bank which will push the development of county economy has use for reference and practice for both district finance deepen and the perfect of rural finance system. As an ordinary county in our country, Chang shu experienced a way which looked very common more than twenty years after opening, but in which concentrates commonness of development mode of many cities in our country and the characteristic of Chang shu's ego choice.
