Study Of Capital Structure Of Chinese Listed Companies

Financial behavior of China listed companies (CLC for short) show their features with multi-level and multi-angle aspect. The subject of the study is focus on choosing and optimizing capital structure of CLC in the framework of capital structure theory leads to maximize the value of enterprise. The research of capital structure theory and empirical analysis has been achieve fruitful results, but as more and more market-oriented financial activities, especially with the background of the rapid development of China's capital market, the decision of capital structure is facing many problems and need to find better method to suit our practical research urgently. This paper consists of 9 chapters.Chapter 1 Introduction(1) The background and purpose of the study. As the rapid development of China's capital market and market-oriented trend of finance behavior, CLC are facing many new issues to be addressed in respect of capital structure decisions. It is urgently to re-examine the question of CLC's capital structure in respect that the existence of the conflict of theory and reality, incomplete corporate governance structures and immature capital markets.
