With the economic increase and scientific development, the competition among enterprises has been becoming increasingly heated. On one hand, the production efficiency is requested high and high as production period becomes shorter and shorter, on the other hand, the enterprises have to reduce the production cost while to improve the quality, and enhance competitiveness through more frequent renewal of equipment. So, as a key role playing in different enterprises, the equipment need to be not only advanced and economical, but also to be reliable, environment protective and energy saving, etc. However, many enterprises in our country ignored equipment renewal for a long time, and abrasion has happened on equipment in the course of using or leaving unused due to various factors, as a result, the working efficiency, processing accuracy, environmental protection performance and safe reliability of equipment can not meet the requirement of market competition, and how to solve the issues of equipment renewal duly has become an important subject for every enterprise. So, equipment renewal, that is to replace the old equipments which can not meet the requirement of market competition with new ones with modern techniques, reasonable economy, environmental protection, low consumption, reliable quality, can not only improve production capacity of enterprises in right time, but facilitate distribution of the key resources of enterprise rationally, eradicate or relieve the restriction of key resources. In addition adjust key equipment planning accurately, improve the production engineering level of enterprise and meet the needs of market. This dissertation just researched equipment renewal of mechanical machining enterprises under this background.Main research work and conclusion of the dissertation can be summarized as follows: 1. Research on the important degree evaluation model of mechanical machining based on extension theory. On the basis that summarized to hierarchical management theory of equipment, this dissertation put forward matter-element model and evaluation method for evaluating important degree of equipment based on extension theory, and divide the important degree of equipment into four grades of"less important","general","focal point"and"key", and put forward relevant management method separately to every grade.2. Research on operation state diagnoses model of mechanical equipment based on extension theory. This dissertation, firstly, described operation states and production technology characteristics of mechanical processing, and divide the operation state of mechanical equipment into four grades according to their production technology characteristic including normal running state (maintain stage), generally state (item repair stage), poor state (major repair stage), bad state (scrap stage). Secondly, summarized the existing state diagnose methods and analyzed their pluses and minuses, then design the state evaluation index system of mechanical machining equipment on the basis of analyzing the theory of evaluation index system, and set up diagnose models of mechanical machining equipment innovatively based on extension theory, put forward judge standard of equipment state, i.e. confirming the state grade according to related degree.3. Extension analysis of incompatible issues and opposite issues on equipment renewal. This dissertation analyzed and transformed incompatible issues and opposite issues on equipment replacement by using the thought of Extension Strategic Tactics Planning (ESTP). At first, this dissertation put forward the incompatible issues on equipment renewal of mechanical machining enterprises, i.e. the incompatible issues between enterprises'existing resources such as fund, factory building, talent, suppliers etc and their goals, i.e. equipment replacement. That is to say that it's very difficult to achieve the target of equipment renewal with the existing resources.On the extension analysis of fund issue, this dissertation put forward the incompatible issue model of fund and equipment renewal, and analyzed various financing conditions and approaches by using Extension Strategic Tactics Planning (ESTP). The result indicated that the fund of enterprises can turn from original inferior resource into the superior resources and meet the need of equipment renewal after extension transformation. On the extension analysis of talent issue, this dissertation put forward the incompatible issue model of talent and equipment replacement, analyzed this issue from quantity and quality by using various extension transformation methods. The result indicated that after extension analysis, the talent resources of enterprises can turn from original inferior resource into the superior resources and meet the need equipment renewal, and original incompatibly issues turned into compatibly issues.On the extension analysis of supply and demand issue, this dissertation put forward the extension's model of value contradictory issues between enterprise and equipment suppliers at first, then put forward the implication approaches which can promote value of enterprise and equipment supplier at the same time based on implication analysis of their goal, and confirmed the feasible tactics of promoting the value of both sides by extension transformation. The result indicated that enterprise can promote both suppliers'value and enterprise's value at the same time during the process of equipment renewal and turn contradictory issues into harmonious issues by using the thought and methods of Extension Strategic Tactics Planning (ESTP).4. Research on extension decision-making model of mechanical processing equipment selection evaluation. This dissertation analyzed related issues on equipment selection such as equipment allocating principle, selecting principle and message collection etc at first, and designed the index system of equipment selection evaluation from technology, economy, ecological environmental protection, employment security based on value engineering theory, restriction theory and system engineering theory. Then put forward fuzzy matter-element model and evaluation method, and designed the extension evaluation flow of equipment selecting based on fuzzy mathematics and extension theory.5. Research on operation crisis early-warning and management of mechanical processing equipment. This dissertation designed single index and multi-index early-warning models of equipment operation crisis based on extension theory at first, then studied the management methods of equipment operation crisis systematically from goal, condition and extension analysis of condition etc.6. Empirical study——extension decision-making on renewal of CNC grinding machine. This dissertation took a crankshaft processing line of engine and a CNC grinding machine of this processing line as example, and carried on the study of important degree classification and equipment renewal by using the theory of extension equipment renewal set up in this dissertation. The results showed that all the models, the model of important degree evaluation, the model of equipment state diagnose, the model of equipment selection, the early-warning model of equipment operation crisis, and the extension methods to manage crisis, are all feasible and effective.Study of this dissertation showed the following characteristics of extension decision-making methods of equipment renewal. (1) Extension model of equipment renewal can combine quality and quantity together, and is better than general mathematical model which can only handle quantitative relation but not contradiction issues. (2) Extension renewal model can combine quantitative change and qualitative change of equipment state based on extension transformation, research the mutual converting law between them, and confirm the concrete intensity of solving problems by taking correlation function as the quantitative tool to describe the character conversion process. (3)To the incompatible issues and contradictory issues, using extension analysis can make people get rid of accustomed thinking, using conjugate analysis technique can explore the structure, internal and external relations of things, and combining this open thought patterns to extension transformation can easily solve the problems in equipment renewal. (4)The extension models of equipment renewal can be set up simply and conveniently, furthermore, it can be combined with fuzzy mathematics, system engineering theory, numerical analysis etc, with which the extension models are of the principle of methods selection and maneuverability of quantification analysis during the process of handling issues.
