Study Of Modern Chinese Central Bank Thinking

With the deepening of Chinese socialistic market economy, More importance will be attached to the central bank in the economic field. Compared with western developed countries, Chinese central bank started quite late and still remained in its developing stage. It is only 100 years since the dynasty Qing began to form the bank of HuBu and the bank of DaQing. With the pushing forward of construction towards socialist market economy and expansion of financial openness, to develop complete central bank adapting to Chinese national conditions is a pressing matter of the moment. It offers a useful view angle to historically review the practice of Chinese central bank and various thought about it. However, no study has been done in this area. My paper choose thought of central as research theme, attempting to expand the research fields of Chinese history of economic thoughts, make up for the deficiency of the study about the problem, and provide theoretical advice for improving the reform of central bank.The paper combined time sequence with subject research. The main four subjects are research on beginning of the thoughts of central bank, development of the thoughts of central bank, completeness of the thoughts of central bank, and more development of the thoughts of central bank. It consists of an introduction and seven chapters.The introduction starts with the explanation of the thoughts of central bank, the theoretical and practical importance of this research, research content and methods as well as contemporary state of research and characteristics.Chapter 1 analyzes the historical origin and development of central bank and (?)theories of central bank, including four segments. The first analyzes origin of central bank, including establishment and characters. The second analyzes development of central bank, including development of system of central bank and the cause of development. The third analyzes completeness of central bank, including country beginning to manage central bank, etc. The fourth analyzes the theory central bank including opinion of currency school, banking school and, free banking school, independence of central bank, lender of last resort and theory of Kense on currency.Chapter 2 reviews and makes comments on thoughts of national bank including three segments. The first analyzes the conditions of social economy, including external and internal. The second analyzes the thoughts of establishing bank. The third analyzes the thoughts of national bank.Chapter 3 analyzes the beginning of the thoughts of central bank, including two segments. The first analyzes the history context of the beginning of the thoughts of central bank. The second analyzes the formation of the thoughts of central bank, the thoughts of bank system of LiangqiChao and Zhangjian, and utilization of thoughts of central bank.Chapter 4 analyzes the development of the thoughts of central bank, including three segments. The first analyzes the historical context of the development of the thoughts of central bank. The first analyzes the historical context of further development of the thoughts ofl central bank. The second analyzes the further development of thoughts of central bank, including the function of central bank in war time, establishing the system of united deposition and establishing national central bank. The third analyzes the thoughts of central bank from classic to modernization, including the importance of rate on economy, the ration between fiscal and central bank, the correlation among central banks and law of central bank's working.Chapter 7 is a general overview. It summarizes and appraises the thoughts of central bank in modem .It included two segments. The first makes comments on the features of the development of central bank. The second analyzes the conclusions of the thoughts of central bank.Although the author has made great efforts, there are still some flaws because of the limited time and knowledge, so further research will be needed.
