With the strengthening of economic globalization and deep development of our socialist market economy, developing circulation industry and reinforcing the development power of circulation enterprises are one of the essential requirements to increase the economic development quality in our country and guarantee its healthy advancement. The construction of sustainable development power for large-sized circulation enterprise is a primary foundation work to enhance the development power of our country's circulation industry. This text applies the basic theory and method of economics, welfare economics, industrial engineering, information theory, system theory, game theory and other subjects to systematically study the problems concerning restricting the construction of sustainable development power of large-sized circulation enterprises in our country.I.
