Study On China Regional, Scale Production Of Livestock And Epidemic Damage Impact Character To Industry And Its Subsidy

Adopting the Revealed Comparative Advantage Index model, Average Index Calculation , Economitrics and Character Comparetion Method , regional character of China livestock production, production scale, animal epidemic impact to livestock industry, animal epidemic damage subsidy, subsidy institute selection and subsidy criterion, are studied.The advantage pig and pork production region is south-west regin, center region, and north region; The advantage beef production area is south-west region, north-west region, and north region respectively. North-west region, south-west region, north-east region, and north region is the advantage mutton production region. The north-west region is the advantage milk production areas, next is north-east region, north region, south-west region, and south-east region. The north region is the advantage of poultry egg production area, next is the south-east region, north-west region, and north region. North-west, north-east, south-west is the advantage production area of sheep wool. North-west, sorth-west, north-east is the advantage of goat wool production area. South-west, north-west, south-east is the advantage of production area of cashmere.The conclusion of China livestock production scale analysis shows that: the advantage scale of pig production in national level and north region is small production scale. In north-east, south-east and south-west region, it is mid- production scale. In center region it is large- production scale. In north-west region it is large- production scale. The advantage scale of egg production in national level and north-east, north-west region is state production scale, in north, south-east, center region, south-west region region, it is specialist production scale. The advantage scale of broiler egg production in national level, north region, north-east region is state production scale, in south-east region, in center region, in south-west region, in north-west region it is specialist production scale. The advantage scale of milk production in national level, center region, north-west region is state production scale, in north region, north-east region, south-east region, south-west region it is specialist production scale. From cost benefit rate of production, the best beef production scale is north-east, from the per capita feed consumption of head, south-west region and north-west region production scale is the best, north-east and north-west production scale is also better. From production quantity, north-east and north-west production scale is the best.In the research of impact character of animal epidmic to livestock industry and epidemic damage subsidy institude, by analysising BSE impact to UK beef industy, government subsidy, and its effects, we get the enlightenment of how to subsidy animal epidmic damage, by modeling farmer income model which coming from livestock, the impact of birds flu to livestock and enfluence to farmer's income is evaluated. Adopting empirical research, the impact character of epidemic to livestock industry, subsidy demanding, and subsidy institute and its seclection createrion is analysis.
