Study On The Influence Of Farmer Expense On Economy Growth In Tiangsu Province

Investment, expense and exportation are"three horse-drawn vehicle"which draw country's economy growing. Since reform and opening up, investment and exportation have been become a strong impelling force on our economy growth, but expense is at the worout condition. Compared with investment and exportation, to expand consumption, which can improve economy growing and is the original power for economy growth, is very impormant for economy growing. since1997, our country has entered buyer market and the low demand at home has restricted the economy growth, so it is very important to stimulate domestic demand. By the end of 2005, the rural population had reached 57.01% of the total, while its consumption just Occupied 26.8 percent of the total and rural market potential is huge. Confronted with relative saturation of city and town, to relize our economic growth and to meet the increasing demand of material and cultural life, it is important to embark on the rural consumption market.Based on the above background, taking Jiangsu Province as a case, this article has systematically studied the influence of farmer expense on economy growth. Firstly, this paper has analyzed action mechanism of farmer expense on economy growth in the foundation of probing thoroughly the domestic research and foreign research, which has established rational foundation for behind chapter research. Secondly, this article has studied the condition and the feature of farmer expense in Jiangsu province, has analyzed the relationship between farmer expense and economy growth, and analyzed the restriction reason that farmer expense on economy growth. Thirdly, basing on the prediction of farmer expense in Jiangsu province, has constructed expense pattern which will promote economy growing benignly .Lastly, in the foundation of synthesizing front finding, this article has proposed the countermeasure which will promote Jiangsu farmer to expend and economy to grow benignly. The full treaty is divided into 7chapters, the main content as follows:Chapter one, introduction. In foundation of inspecting the domestic and foreign research dynamic, has narrated and commented predecessor's contribution and insufficiency, determined the research goal, the research content, the research mentality and the possible innovation of this paper.Chapter two, the action mechanism of farmer expense on economy growth. This chapter, mainly using qualitative analysis method, has limited related concept about the inhabitant expense and the economy growth, elaborated the action mechanism of farmer expense on economy growth. Conclusion as follows: Taking the consumption pattern as the basic point to adjust and optimize industrial structure is one benign, sustainable economic growth way.Chapter three, the analysis on the present situation and the basic characteristic of farmer expense in Jiangsu. This chapter, mainly using quantitative analysis method such as ELES and Gray Connection Analysis and so on, has analyzed basic characteristic of farmer consumption. consumption pattern and dynamic change characteristic of in farmer consumption pattern in Jiangsu province. The conclusions are: (1) The inhabitant expense is obvious difference between city and countryside, also among different region. (2) The absolute value of consumable own is bigger, but the overlapping price is smaller. (3) The farmer expense has entered well-off stage basically, whose developing expense demand is big.Chapter four, the real diagnosis analysis on the relationship between farmer expense and the economy grow in Jiangsu Province. This chapter, mainly using the methods such as Correlation Regression and Input—output analysis,has studied the vicissitude of relationship between farmer expense and economy growth,the contribution of the Jiangsu farmer expense to the economy, has compared the impetus of city inhabitant's expense to t various branches of the economy's h with countryside inhabitant's. The main conclusion as follows: (1)Since innovation and opening, the investment is the main contribution factor which the Jiangsu Province economy grows, the contribution of countryside inhabitant expense is lower than the city inhabitant's, moreover assumes the drop tendency. (2)Compared with city inhabitant, rural inhabitant drawing the economy better, stimulating the countryside to expend will lead the national economy to grow quickly. (3) Starting the Jiangsu farmer to expend will lead the manufacturing industry, the agricultural growing fast.Chapter five, analyzing the restriction reason that farmer expense on economy growth. This chapter mainly took sample investigation result as the basis, has systematically analyzed the question Jiangsu farmer has existed which restricted the economy growing faster, analyzed the reason which the Jiangsu farmer expense question . The conclusions as follows: (1)The low consumption rate,the unreasonable consumption pattern and the deficient rational expense idea have been restricting the economy growing continuously. (2) The primary factor which affects the Jiangsu farmer expense is the economic agent, next in turn is consumer factor, the system factor and the environmental factor.Chapter six, forecasting expense tide of Jiangsu farmer and constructing reasonable expense pattern. This chapter, mainly using the gray forecast and so has forecasted Jiangsu Province farmer's expense situation during "eleventh _five" and constructed the reasonable expense pattern qualitatively. The conclusions are:(1) The Jiangsu Province farmer's expense will be able to enter the strong stage of the development expense .(2) The reasonable expense pattern covers the reasonable consumption level, the optimized consumption pattern, the science expense way and rational expense idea and so on.Chapter seven,the method of promoting farmer to expend and drawing the economy to grow benignly. This chapter mainly proposed these methods such as: increasing the farmer's income to meet their expense needs,practicing rationality expense view, perfecting expense system and improving countryside expense environment and so on, is essential to promote farmer to expend, thus draws the economical growing benignly.
