A Research On The Development Strategy Of Ecological Animal Husbandry Of China

Since the beginning of reform and opening up, China's agriculture and rural economy have gained unprecedented rapid development, and the foundation of the national economy is more solid. Ever since the late 1990s, more and more agricultural products of great variety have been produced and available on the market, leading to an improved living condition of residents. Under these circumstances, agriculture and the rural economy require developing to a depth. Expanding agricultural development space, broadening the field of rural economic development become the practical needs of almost all levels of governments. Meanwhile, in face of the scarcity of agricultural resources, the deterioration of agricultural ecological environment and the increasingly fierce competition in agricultural market, especially in international markets, people request more ecological products and green products. Therefore, the development of animal husbandry, and especially the ecological animal husbandry which is coordinated with ecological environment, not only becomes an inevitable requirement of agricultural and rural economic development but also is a necessity for the sustainable development of livestock industry.The research framework and basic contents are mainly divided into 10 chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly reviews the basic content of this paper and relevant research literature. Chapter 2 sums up the basic theory on the ecological animal husbandry, which offers an in-depth theoretical ground for the conduct of research papers. Chapter 3 reviews the history of the development of China's animal husbandry trying to find out the general law in the process of the development of the animal husbandry. Chapter 4 analyzes its current condition and problems centered on the development of animal husbandry to objectively judge the ecological features and characteristics of animal husbandry in the process of its development. Chapter 5 explores the situation of world ecological animal husbandry with open thinking, on the basis of analyzing the existing models as well as those of several typical countries, it summarizes the general law and the useful experience we can learn from. Chapter 6,7and 8 analyzes the development of ecological animal husbandry in agricultural areas, grassland and in the outskirts of the city according to the features of animal husbandry and the geographic features, discusses the inherent characteristics and the suitable micro-operation program. Chapter 9 lays an emphasis on the trade issues of the production of ecological animal husbandry which is the market-oriented principle needed to be focused. Chapter 10 is a comprehensive system design of the strategies, objectives and policy support for promoting the rapid development of ecological animal husbandry.The possible innovations are as follows:Firstly, it comprehensively studies the development of ecological animal husbandry and gives a new connotation to the ecological animal husbandry. This study not only focuses on the animal husbandry, but also attaches great importance to the chain and extension functions of ecological animal husbandry, reasonable scientific scale of the industry and extension of the industrial chain must be arranged according to the different market demand, different natural resources and technical conditions of production based on market demand, industrial development and the efficiency of resource use. The four changes are also noted: in the management mode it comes from extensive management to intensive management, in growth mode it comes from the single volume growth to quality and efficiency, in the technical way it comes from the traditional experience to relying on technology type, on the use of resources it comes from resource exploration to ecological construction in order to meet the growing consumer demand for animal products, to improve efficiency in the use of resources and the ecological environment, to realize harmonious unity of economy, society and ecology. It will enable it to achieve an increase in the value, to reduce the negative external effects and to raise the efficiency use of resource industry system in the process of formation.Secondly, it sums up the different ecological animal husbandry model of the world. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the history, current situation and trends of ecological animal husbandry, and according to the current ecological animal husbandry production, it firstly sums up the intensive ecological animal husbandry model, grassland ecological animal husbandry model and small-scale household ecological animal husbandry model and makes a comparison of the countries where these three typical models are adopted, useful experience and enlightenment are put forward for the development of China's animal husbandry.Thirdly, it puts forward the development models of animal husbandry in China's rural areas, grassland and suburban Based on the functional characteristics of animal husbandry and industrial advantage regions, it closely integrates animal husbandry into Ecological Economics, makes an in-depth analysis on the characteristics, development modes of animal husbandry in China's rural areas, grassland and suburban, and proposes policies and measures for the development of animal husbandry. Especially in the suburban model, it offers two development models of ecological animal husbandry centered on agricultural processing and eco-tourism which is have practical value for development of ecological animal husbandry in the suburbanFourthly, it comprehensively designs the objective, strategic focus and technical support system for the development of animal husbandry. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the development of animal husbandry at home and abroad, according to the development of China's ecological animal husbandry, it designs a target system which takes production, consumption, trade and ecological goals as the main body, proposes the strategic thinking focused on product strategy, structure strategy, market strategy and technology strategy, builds ecological feed production technology, resources into efficient production and recycling technologies, clean livestock production technology, livestock production safety technology and animal disease prevention and control technology as the core of the technical support system, it has some value promoting the development of ecological animal husbandry in the future.
