Study On Organization Mechanism Of Vertical Integrated Project Of Animal Husbandry

This research was put forward based on the following backgrounds: the animal husbandry has grown up for the important industry within the agriculture and the village economy of our country along with the development of agriculture industrialization.The vertical integrated project of animal husbandry has turned to the important carrier of enhancing the economic benefit of animal husbandry business enterprise, increasing farmer income, promoting the animal husbandry industry level and then pushing animal husbandry to develop quickly. But, it is loose contract organization connects among the production units and among the production taches, it is in the beginning stage that they are linked briefly, the connecting mechanism is weak, the organic cooperation and harmony are lacked among behalf main bodies, this status is disadvantage of operating project healthy and realizing project benefit; It does not consider the organization connection degree among project corpuses and project main bodies but adopt the single link idea of the design and operation of vertical integrated projects of animal husbandry, however, this idea is linked with incorporation less, the promoting action of investment project is little to advance the industry level, so this research has important meanings in theory and reality.This research which mainly discuss the organize mechanism of the vertical incorporation project of animal husbandry uses theory research method, the case example analytical method, the mathematics model and calculate model to discuss the actuality, the reason and the design of organization mechanism, the organization mode, the interest distribute mechanism, the organization management mechanism and the development direction of organization mode of incorporation project. Finally, the policy suggestions of consummating the integrated projects organize mechanism are put forward.The basic conclusions of this paper are: there are many problems which baffle the project development and benefit realizing of project main bodies in the integrated projects organize mechanism of animal husbandry; the key elements of organize mechanism are comprised of organize aim, organize main body, organize mode, project profit, mode of profit distributing and organize management etc, so the relations among the elements should be considered when we design the integrated project; There are three basic styles of the integrated projects organize mode, the two organization forms that are entirety vertical integration and contract integration are not primary forms, but rational existing; The mix integration mode which is comprised of the group leader business enterprise and peasant households is primary form, the efficiency is low because of the not-symmetry market structure which is formed by the enterprise and peasant households, but its practice infection is better. The development trend of the integrated projects organize mode is form contract integration, mix integration to entirety vertical integration through balancing three modes; IRR is the main index to conceive the rationality of project profit allotment and to adjust project profit among main bodies from the angle of project evaluation; We put forward the new method of the finance evaluation of the integrated project, it is also the research method to carries out a reasonable allotment of the project profit; The integrated project organize has special management style and content, including the product quality management and contract management; Using for reference from the experiences of developed nations, combining the actual things of our country, the development direction of integrated project organize mode is put forward: the property right should be link within project main bodies and the peasant households should come into cooperation organization to join the integrated project.The innovations of this paper lie in: first, studying the organization mechanism from the new angle is important to guide the project investment management, so it is special in studying field and selection subject; Second, put forward the basic thought and content of the project organize design and management; Third, analysising the rationality of project profit allotment through setting up the mathematics model; Last, putting forward the development direction of the project organization mode according to the characteristic and realistic condition of the project in China.
