Research On Approaches & Mechanism Of Enterprise Technical Innovation Ability Promotion Based On Knowledge Sharing

With the coming of knowledge economy era and the increasing development of science technology, knowledge and technology innovation is now changing the style of manufacture and operation ideas. It is a tough problem of the enterprise that how to use available knowledge resources in itself to better technology operate accumulation and innovation.it will be of significant theoric value and practical meaning to research how to amalgamate knowledge resources and intellect capital inside and outside the enterprise in order to realize knowledge communion ,improve enterprise's technology innonation ability, accelerate enterprise's technology development and industry promotion, speed the industrialization of science and technology.According to the review of domestic and abroad correlative enterprise's technology innovation ability, this paper puts forward the thinking of bettering enterprise's technology innovation ability. Firstly, analyses inherent mechanism of bettering technology innovation ability based on knowledge communion, puts forward the strategy to realize improvement of enterprise technology innovation ability based on endogenetic and ectogenic knowledge communion and uses the principle of multilayer gray avaluation to judge the ability of enterprise's technology innovation. In the end, the paper combines with the reality of China Material Corporation to give the detailed countermeasure. Detailed work is as follows:(1) During the research of enterprise's technology innovation ability based on knowledge communion, firstly the paper analyses the improvement approach of enterprise's technology innovation ability based on the resourse of knowledge communion, the process of knowledge communion and the carrier of knowledge communion; anatomies the influence of attitude during knowledge communion, subjective rules and self-efficiency to enterprise's technology innovation ability, puts forward the mechnism model of improving enterprise's technology innovation ability based on knowledge sharing.(2) During the research of bettering enterprise's technology innovation ability based on endogenetic and ectogenic knowledge sharing, the paper establishes the strategy of looking for the mainbody of outside sourse knowledge sharing. According to the knowledge distance theory, it analyses the obstacle and weekness of ectogenic knowledge sharing, discusses three modes that bettering enterprise technology innovation ability based on ectogenic knowledge sharing. The three modes are indraught, incorporation and cooperation. In addition, the paper analyses endogenetic knowledge sharing, knowledge sourse and the process of knowledge sharing, establishes the dynamic endogenetic knowledge sharing model in terms of how to improve knowledge sharing inside the organization during the research & design, puts up with the detailed strategy of how to promote knowledge sharing during the research & design and reinforce the construction of inside culture to realize the improvement of enterprise's technology innovation ability.(4) According to the parallel engineering thought, this paper discusses the realization framework of intelligence capital, put forward intelligence capital conformity method and conformity model during the enterprise's technology innovation, and gives the management strategy during the enterprise's technology innovation from the inscape of intelligence capital.(5) In the field of enterprise's technology innovation ability estimation and evaluation, the paper discusses the use of model method to evaluate based on the exsiting evaluating angle, establishes the design principle of enterprise's technology innovation ability evaluation index, builds up a multi-angle, multi-layer colligation inedx system, and realizes the enterprise's technology innovation ability evaluation from the multi-layer grey evaluation method.
