The modern logistics is developing along with the economical globalization and the development of network technology, at present, China's modern logistics industry enters a phase of rapid development, logistics has become an important industry in China's national economy, and is becoming accelerator for the 21st century economic development. Modern logistics development trend of networked, informatization and modular, will greatly change the existing business model and production patterns, and form new service models which community-wide logistics resources will be on demand allocated and fully shared. However, China's logistics industry has features of a small scale, low scale industrial integration, few service function and low degree of informationization, specially lag of the network management pattern and the informationization construction, which causes a series of problems covering the absence of logistics resources using efficiency and the service level low, and be not able to use the social resource fully, promote social service ability. Therefore, logistics industry's resources integration by using information technology is an inherent requirement for the logistics industry development in China.This dissertation researches on the task collaborative mechanism and management strategies of logistics information network around the logistics resources integrating. Logistics network is dynamic and open, various network nodes which mutual trust and interaction constitute a harmonious integrity of the logistics system around the logistics tasks. From system theory and large system theory point of view, this dissertation analyses logistics network task collaborative mechanism, study logistics information networks adapting to grid environment from controllability, efficiency, security, and economic aspects, in order to meet the needs of logistics network business, lead to comprehensive promote services efficiency and level of logistics industry. This paper has an importation meaning to conformity the logistics resource, improve the logistics service and promote the logistics informationization both on theory and practice, some creative conclusions as follows:1. This paper systematically study task collaborative mechanism of logistics information network. Information sharing, resources integrating are bases of logistics network operation, and services cooperation around logistics tasks is core of business. Task collaborative is: divide complex logistics tasks into several sub-tasks gradually, which can be accomplished by the logistics resources, then integrate the various network resources effectively, select the optimal allocation of resources, match these network resources and logistics sub-task, at last, the total logistics task will be accomplished by those selected logistics resources. This paper focuses on logistics tasks and resources matching mutual coordination mechanisms, propose a successful optimization algorithm based on successful cooperation set.2. This paper applies technical ideas of grid service-oriented to logistics information network architecture, creatively constructs logistics services network protocol stack, enriching the OGSA grid services in the framework of the agreement, and then propose method and implementation step of logistics information network dynamic grouping and resource sharing. Logistics information networks adapting to grid environment makes heterogeneous information systems integrating together in accordance with the uniform rules, ensure realization of network resource sharing, collaborative service management strategy.3. For an open, dynamic changing, with different security strategies network operating environment, this paper proposes logistics network security management strategies: 1) integration and interoperability, 2)network access control, 3)assessment, quarantine and remediation, and then build logistics information network access control model, make new exploration on the network access control.
