Starting with the analysis of dynamic circumstance based on the comparing and summarizing the traditional endogenous and exogenous theory of Competition Advantage, using the basic research principle of integrating theory with practice to analysis the key element of gaining competition advantage to company under dynamic circumstance is analyzed, establishing ITD (Identifying-Triggering-Deploying) model of gaining dynamic competition superiority, this paper investigates dynamic transforming problem of company competition superiority from the angle of internal resource and external environment, the main content can be abstracted as following:1. Review of traditional Competition Advantage TheoryFrom comparing and summarizing the traditional endogenous and exogenous theory of competition advantage, this dissertation analyses the respective characteristic.2. The applicability of traditional endogenous and exogenous Competition advantage theory under dynamic circumstanceIn currently, the management environment of the company was being converted from relatively stable static environment of before into changeable and complicated dynamic environment. This transformation requires company: Break through idea of traditional competition advantage theory that only emphasis on company external circumstance or internal resource and realize organic integration between inside and outside; Realize transformation from static into dynamic state of competition advantage.3. Company resource classificationFrom new economy character, resources are classified to four kinds as MICK, which constructs a theoretical foundation for the following research of dynamic competition advantage.4. The concept of dynamic competition advantage and putting forward ITD modelFrom building and analyzing to company"black box"notional model, this essay puts forward new notion of dynamic competition advantage and discusses five potential factors to gain dynamic competition advantage, based on above establishing ITD model of dynamic competition advantage.5. The research of identification modelApplying industry construction analysis and Markov model to quantitative and qualitative research how to find opportunity in the rapid change market to company by virtue of the signal of industry development potential, industry profit potential, company profit and market share potential.6. The research of triggering modelAccording evolution of era, putting forward five new characters of core resource, based on operation management theory, this paper brings forward the frame of identifying company core resource from inside and expounds the process of identifying core resource.7. The research of resource deployingPutting forward a kind of resource deploy model-Network Management Based Resource Operation Model, this dissertation develops resource operation leveraging to proved the effects of resources operation, and discuss the theory of resource operation. Based on research of resource dependence theory, this essay analyses key factors to influence bargaining ability in the process of resource exchange and researches the decision-making problem of resource deploy from the angle of coordination equilibrium by virtue of economies.8. Positive AnalysisBased on microscopically analyzing metallurgy logistics current status in China, the forming process of dynamic competition advantage from a concrete company development process is analyzed in order to verify and test the feasibility of ITD model.
