Currently, when the competition of global economy is getting more intense, the theory of new product design and planning is a very important factor, which promotes the corporation to develop new product with higher quality, lower cost and higher customer satisfaction at shortest time, and wins the market. So the way of supplier involved in new product development has been adopted for keeping their technology leader by global international manufacture corporations such as General Motors, Boeing and so on, which have employed the two-wins strategy to provide preferential policy for the suppliers involved in the product development and innovation. Nowadays, many domestic automobile manufacture enterprises begin to choose excellent suppliers to participate in the part planning and development at the early planning stage in automobile product development, to supervise and manage the part suppliers based on the internetnet information system platform of supplier chain, and to promote them to supply automobile part for global manufacture enterprises. And then, the corporations and their supplier partners to develop new type of automobile product, to increase the numbers of automobile consumer groups, so the automobile corporations and suppliers can improve together the competition of automobile product on global market.This dissertation is based on the research background of suppliers involved in development process of automobile product, especially the middle-class car product as the case study, based on the qualitative analysis research of the level of the relationship between suppliers and product development approach of suppliers involved, studies the mining association rules of relationship between suppliers quality and customer requirement, builds the house of quality suppliers involved, deploys the quality planning of the car transmission components. Then the intelligent algorithm strategy and constraint handling mechanism of solving constrained optimization problems are researched, and the optimization models of car assembly system reliability design and complexity of assembly design are proposed in this dissertation. Finally, the experimental results of algorithm provide the data reference to automobile manufactures in choice for strategic suppliers and optimization for assembly system resource. The major research results of this dissertation fall on five aspects as follows:(1) The development methods of suppliers involved in automobile product are studied. The relationship with the customer requirement, automobile product part and supplier quality is studied when the suppliers are involvd in automobile product development, and the quality model of auto product is proposed. The establishment of association rules of relationship between suppliers quality and customer requirement is based on supply chain information system database, and the suppliers involved quality characteristics set is determined as the factors for evaluating the suppliers reputation. The importance weights of supplier reputation are determined by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).(2) The part quality planning process of supplier involved is implemented, which is based on the research of middle-class car transmission. The car transmission customer requirement house of quality is built according to the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), in order to convert the weight of customer requirements into the technical characteristics weight of transmission. Then a house of supplier involved quality is built and the detailed description of the composition is given for the quality transformation, and a relationship matrix is applied for converting the weight of part supplier quality into the weight of engineering and technical characteristics of transmission system, so as to modify the weight of engineering and technical characteristics. Finally, a case study of weight planning of quality based on the car transmission part is presented, and a comparison of quality planning results between supplier involved and traditional way is put forward.(3) The strategy and constraint handling mechanism of intelligent optimization algorithm, such as particle swarm optimization algorithm, are researched respectly, used for solving optimization model based on system reliability design and assembly design optimization problem. The local two-way link to the four adjacent nodes ring topology is especially researched for the algorithm, then theεtolerance based on the comparison criteria for the particle is presentd, and BLX-αcombination method is improved for the algorithm, the strategy methods of bound disturbances and re-initialization for the velocity are also introduced in the algorithm. Standard function and engineering optimization problems are listed for experimental test, and the results of experiment are compared with correlation algorithms in the last literature, showing that the superiority of the strategy and method.(4) Based on the background of suppliers involved in reliability design for the middle-class car transmission system, the optimization problem of reliability design is researched for automobile product development. The diagram and formula of series system reliability model of car transmission system are given, and that the credibility is quantitatively defined for the supplier's reputation, then fuzzy evaluation method is taken for evaluating the credibility of supplier involved. The multi-objective optimization model is proposed according to the study background, including the maximum system reliability and maximum overall credibility of supplier involved in product development, simultaneously considering the constraint conditions of design cost, design time, the credibility of the supplier and so on, and then the practical application of the theoretical model is analyzed in the dissertation. The particle encoding method in particle swarm optimization algorithm is presented for the "part-supplier" relationship, and then fitness function with dynamic penalty is proposed to deal with the constaint conditions. According to the actual data region of car transmission part development, the experiment is carred out and the results are achieved for the practical application.(5) Based on the background of suppliers involved in assembly design for the middle-class car assembly system, the optimization problem of assembly design is researched for automobile product development. The model of customer requirement house of quality with the supplier involved in assembly system design is researched for automobile product, the car product satisfaction is computed for the complexity design of automobile product according to the customer requirement, and that the concept of information entropy is introduced to compute the complexity of assembly design for product system. The multi-objective optimization model is proposed according to the background, including the maximum product satisfaction and minimum assembly system complexity of supplier involved in typical automobile product development, and that a novel PSO-SS coevolution algorithm is proposed to solve the optimization problem, the particle encoding and decoding method is presented for the algorithm then. A case study of middle-class car product assembly design development is presented for assembly design experiment, achieving the optimization results, and choosing the best strategic suppliers at last.
