| Fully leveraging the theories and knowledge of operations research,game theory,financial risk,supply chain finance, group lending and credit asset portfolio, this paper provides a detailed analysis of characteristics of China's small enterprises, their current financing situation, features in their demand and banks'financial service capabilities in this area and so on, and further pointed out the internal and external causes for the financing difficulties for small enterprises. It summarizes the causes of credit risks in small enterprises, systematically sums up and analyzes the credit risk assessment models in domestic and overseas companies, discusses in detail risk assessment approaches for small enterprises based on the actual situation of commercial banks, and suggests on the models and specific requirements to calculate credit risk limit for small enterprises. Based on the current credit business situation for small enterprise in domestic banks and referencing the advanced experience in banking industry at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the following specific measures to control credit risks in small enterprises in a comprehensive and systematic way:using of credit risk mitigation tools; loan pricing management based on the RAROC theory of high-yield covering risk and ensuring loan principal; selection of group lending which focuses on horizontal supervision as risk constraints; innovation in supply chain finance by integrating logistics, information and capital flow; credit portfolio management with optimal resource allocation based on VaR theory. |
