Corporate Governance Research Of State Owned Coal Enterprise Based On Efficiency And Fairness

State-owned coal enterprises are the major guarantee of energy supply in our country. The problems of efficiency and equity in the state-owned coal enterprises are rather important to the national economy and the people's livelihood. According to the scientific concept of development, the development pattern by efficiency and equity is the proper management goal to our country's state-owned industries. This paper was with this background to do some research about the problems in corporate governance based on efficiency and equity.On the bases of fully analyses of the related current situation domestic and abroad, this paper in accordance with the theory of modern economic management and system science made a study on the efficiency and equity system of the state-owned coal enterprises, working out an evaluation system of state-owned coal enterprises which is in line with our country's situation. Secondly, basing upon the recognizing of efficiency and equity and structuring and suppling through fuzzy information Models in Cooperative Game Theory, it carried out prooves of the direction of co-governance transform to the state-owned mining enterprises. Finally, the author structured a groundbreaking SD model based on the management system of the state-owned coal enterprises'efficiency and equity. And through the analyses of the simulated results,the author analyzed the policies of coal enterprises management reform and also putted forward some related policy suggestions.
