Research On Information Divulgence In Supply Chain Information Sharing

To use information sharing between the partners in supply chain is the key factor to realize supply chain operations in highly efficient and coordinate mode. But the information divulgence in the process of information sharing stands in the way of the supply chain cooperation. It not only can lead to failure of information sharing but also can break the cooperative relationship of supply chain. And the supply chain information divulgence not only arise in the process of information sharing but also can arise in the all processes involved in the information transmission, this gives great obstacles to supply chain operation. So studying the information divulgence problem in the process of information sharing is very important in helping supply chain partners to weaken the negative effects of information divulgence and instructing the supply chain partners build secure cooperative relationship under the background that supply chain partners build widely cooperative relationship to strengthen synergistic operation and build competed advantage together.Based on the present study works, we pursued an in-depth research on supply chain information divulgence in the process of information sharing by using game theory, principal-agent theory, operational research and cryptology theory synthetically.Firstly, the concept and the connotation of the supply chain information divulgence have been analyzed. According to the information receiver whether adopts the behavior that can result in information divulgence deliberately or strategically, we classified the information divulgence into strategic divulgence and non-strategic divulgence two types. Then based on some information divulgence cases in supply chain, we analyzed the produce pathway of information divulgence and factors that can lead to information divulgence in supply chain management. These studies provide follow studies with theory bases.Secondly, in a supply chain which consist of one spplier and two retailers which engaged in quantity competition, we studied the mechanism of non-strategic supply chain information divulgence under different information sharing arrangement. Then in a supply chain with uncertain demand or uncertain cost which consist of supplier, incumbent, and entrant, we drawn the mechanism of strategic supply chain demand and cost information divulgence and analyzed the relationship between demand or cost uncertainty and supplier's divulgence behavior. Further more, we analyzed the effects of distribution of demand and incumbent's cost, relationship between the goods, competition mode on above results. Thirdly, based on the mechanism of non-strategic information divulgence, we studied the effects of non-strategic information divulgence comes from information sharing on the material flow, information flow and financial flow and discussed the effects of different information arrangement on above results and the information sharing incentives in different information sharing arrangement. Then, from material flow, information flow and financial flow perspective, the effects of strategic demand information divulgence on supply chain with uncertain market demand in the process of ordering have been studied.Fourthly, a signaling game model of retailers'ordering decision making in supply chain has been built. Based on the model, retailers'ordering strategies, profits and belief of separating equilibrium and pooling equilibrium were studied. We compared these results with corresponding results under completed information in order to discuss the effects of separating equilibrium and pooling equilibrium on supply chain. Additionally, retailers'strategy choice under different demand was discussed by comparing retailers'profits under separating equilibrium and pooling equilibrium.Lastly, introducing SMC into supply chain information sharing and taking supply chain CPFR as an example, supply chain information divulgence prevention mechanism based on SMC has been put up. On the base of this, we built secure cooperative forecasting, inventory plan and replenishment protocols and analyzed the security of these protocols. These protocols can guarantee the implementation of cooperative forecasting without divulge in anyone's information.
