Crustal deformation monitoring is an important methods in earthquake prediction, this paper discusses the theory and mean of how to decode the crustal movement observation network data; By studying the time series of GPS point coordinate change, this paper finds the relationship between the seismogenic and crustal movement. Through the analysis of GPS baseline length change time sequence, this paper finds the relationship between the seismogenic and length changes of GPS station baseline; this paper also finds the rule of relevant laws between the relationship and the seismogenic by studying the earthquake cases, and this reveals the rule between the land uplift and seismogenic. Through the statistical software SPSS for crustal movement observation network of China for statistical data calculation, by studying the GPS point data of benchmark nets, basic nets and regional nets, this paper shows the result by histogram, stem and leaf plot, standard chart of data trend change, box figure, this finds that X, Y and Z direction data change approximate meet normal distribution; and the paper finds some strange and abnormal data, these data are very important for crustal deformation monitoring; by calculating and studying the data, this paper get mutual relationship between the changes of GPS coordinates; Through the calculation and analysis method of multivariate statistical subject, we determine the crustal deformation difference of two different areas.
