As a equivalent method which considered a non-uniform and complex internal structure of the target medium equivalent to a homogeneous medium while maintaining the external electromagnetic characteristics, Effective medium theory can simplify complex models to easy ones, and is likely to bring the reduction of computing resource consumption and time reduction, which gives the electromagnetic modeling and simulation of complex targets has brought great convenience. Method of polarization rate which based on polarization particle and method of strong fluctuation theory which based on interaction between particles of equivalent permittivity are select in this paper.Verification of equivalent permittivity in existing literature generally base on measuring. But in actual fact, calculating and analysis the radar scattering characteristics is the most important purpose of us. Therefore, a problem of accurately calculate the radar cross section (RCS) before and after equivalent permittivity and then through the contrast of this scattered field to verify the reasonableness equivalent electromagnetic parameters have been proposed.In view of this research background the article presents radar cross section (RCS) calculating before and after equivalent permittivity which based on BCGS-FFT fast algorithm to accelerate the volume integral equation. The important conclusion which is method of equivalent permittivity is effectiveness is obtained by numerical results contrast.The major innovations of this work are:1、presents a polarization ratio improved strong perturbation method of electromagnetic parameters equivalent for anisotropic medium, which avoids solving the coupling perturbation implicit function between effective electromagnetic parameters and the correlation coefficient, this can reduces the complexity of the problem in a big way, and it brings convenience for more complex problem equivalent of anisotropic medium.2、Applies the polarization ratio improved strong perturbation method of electromagnetic parameters equivalent for anisotropic medium to honeycomb structure material with absorbing layer containing, numerical results are giving. And preliminary study of the design of optimal material in practical application is presented.3、A novel solution of effective electromagnetic parameters which using BCGS-FFT fast algorithm to accelerate the volume integral equation of hybrid model for radar cross section (RCS) calculating before and after equivalent permittivity is providing.4、A set of effective research methods for radar scattering characteristics for dynamic model of solid particles in the diffusion process is providing in the last.
