Transportation plays a very important role in earthquake relief. However roads are alwaysdestroyed by the earthquake, which can change the structure of the traffic network, so thetransportation can not be fulfilled according to the original delivery of the program. Accordinglydeployment of transport task becomes very difficult. Article analyzed the status of current researchin the field systematically, and pointed out that the currently lack of optimization of emergencytransportation, and synthetically used the knowledge of Operational Research, Remote Sensing,Fuzzy Mathematics, GIS, Logistics, Transport Studies, Highway Bridge Studies, Computer Science,etc. Article discussed an effective way to resolve this issue from five ways, which includesdesigning of Object-oriented information extraction method for road damage detection, andestablishing theoretical model for optimization of earthquake emergency rescue routes inMulti-start condition, and constructing optimization database of transportation, and developingoptimization system for Multi-start earthquake rescue transportation. |
