In this paper, through the interpretation and analysis of Tianjin Binhai new area in1976 and 1984, 1993, 2000, 2006 and 2013, nearly six years of remote sensing image, 37 years and combined with six periods of historical data and field investigation data, respectively analyzes the Tianjin Binhai new area is surrounded reclamation evolution process in different periods; The space-time law of shoreline change change; And wetland landscape pattern change situation of space and time. By the using of DPSR concept model, a reclamation for coast and wetland landscape and process changes influence mechanism model of evaluation index system, and carries on the comprehensive optimization. The main results were as follows:1) By understanding the reclamation classification as well as the 1993 world conference on coastal waters use purposes, combined with the Tianjin Binhai new area historical literature survey and field investigation, the reclamation use types were divided. Through six years nearly 37 years of Tianjin Binhai new area of the remote sensing image and other maps, administrative map, data on the number of social resources, by means of 3 s technology, with ArcGIS10.0 MapINFO11.0 recreates the1976 to 2013, nearly 37 years evolution process of Tianjin Binhai new area is surrounded reclamation. Through studying the evolution of the Tianjin Binhai new area is surrounded reclamation process, understand and grasp muddy coast coastline of tianjin region extraction method, and it is concluded that between 1976 and 2013 almost 37 years of shoreline change rules and characteristics of Tianjin Binhai new area.2) This paper combines the supervised classification and visual interpretation of the way to establish the distribution of wetland type of Tianjin Binhai new area, its nearly 37 years of Tianjin Binhai new area of wetland landscape overall characteristics, through the selection index, landscape through the landscape index change rule, understand the relationship between the wetland landscape types.3) In Tianjin Binhai new area as an example, using the concept of DPSR model principle, established the reclamation for coast and wetland landscape changes and influence mechanism model, from the drivers- pressure- state- response to these four aspects, combined with the sustainable development of historical data, through themethods of calculating weight with comprehensive index method, analyzes and expounds the reclamation, coast and the inner link between and among the wetland,and the influence of the relationship with other factors in the model, to establish the influence of comprehensive optimization measures of the mechanism model, and the reclamation, coastline of the three main research object of wetland and targeted optimization.
