Along with Chinese economy fast development, natural gas proportion, as a clean energy, increases unceasingly in national energy structure. This has accelerated to develop natural gas in China. At present, China is developing many gas fields which are containing H2S and CO2 acidic gas field at home and abroad. It needs to remove H2S and CO2 from natural gas by purification processing. In the past, in home, it adopts the sulfur recycling technique to make the sulfur from H2S in natural gas. CO2 and SO2 of sulfur recycling tail gas residual be Direct discharged. It pollutes environmentalion seriously. With growing environmental concerns, New and stricter regulations are curbing the disposal of sulfur compounds to the atmosphere. Therefore, acid gas injection is quickly becoming the method of choice for disposing of these gases, instead of sulfur recycling. But so far there is no domestic precedent. This raises the new topics of acid gas reinjection.Through the analysis of acid gas we found that its physical properties has been very different compared to ordinary natural gas. The phase change is likely to occur while acid gas in compression and transmission. Therefore, analysis of acid gas in equilibrium has been first carried out. The water content of acid gas, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, in particular, the hydrogen sulfide hydrate were analyzed. Owing to strong corrossion, there should be no appearance of free water in the transportation and compression process of acid gas. This thesis studied the Water capacity of acid gas, water content in the gas compression & compression process and water separation technology. Pressurized process design should consider The amount of dehydration as much as possible. This thesis investigated several methods of dehydration, and the inter-stage cooling and propane refrigerant is recommended for the dehydration for current project. With this way some condensate oil can be recycled. The dehydration device can be set after either the first stage compressor or the second one, and the latter is recommended since it consumes less energy.By comparing the gas-phase transportation and liquid-phase transportation for the acid gas, it is found that the former demands more complicated process, while provides no more safety considerations than the latter. For the actual situation of the Zhanazhol Oil Field, this thesis finally completed the acid gas reinjection system technology research. In the equilibrium of acid gas mixtures analysis, this is the first time to introduce the water cooling equipment, cooling exchange equipment and propane cooling equipment integrated technology into acid gas treatment process and increased process flexibility and reduce energy consumptionThis thesis is first one to propose that we should do some dehydration and dehydrocarbon processing to the mercaptan and heavy hydrocarbon containing acid gas. It can not only reduce the water content to the safty stabdard, but also recover part of the condensate.Based on the Practical engineering, this thesis deeply compares and analysises the gas-phase transportation and liquid-phase transportation, points out the advantages and disadvantages of both methods. It also do some applied research on tne acid gas vapor, low transmission technology.Through comprehensive analysis of the basic theory of acid gas reinjection in foreign related projects and learn from successful experiences, we combine with the actual situation in the Zhanazhol Oil Field to study the acid gas reinjection technology. The achievements can fill the blank of acid gas reinjection in the design of surface engineering in the country.
