With the rapid development of China’s open-pit coal mining, the pattern haschanged a lot. Water-filled coal slope in seepage-stress coupling field, its deformationinstability, disaster control, monitoring control has become a major issues of this area.Combining with the practice, this paper studied systematically the seepage-damagecoupling laws of water-filled coal (rock) slope by using experiment, theoreticalanalysis and numerical simulation. At the same time, finite element program ofseepage-damage coupled model was developed and numerically solved. Then acomparative analysis was done between the numerical solution and field test.Filling water damage experiment of clay was carried out, and we draw the damagedegree curve of different confining pressure and different ratio of the water content. theequation of confining-water ratio-damage degree were fitted; and concluded claycorresponding dissipation coefficient, fitting out pore water pressure dissipationequation; Through the water filling coal(rock)damage experiment,the curve ofconfining pressure-rupture strength were got, and fitting out the equation of confiningpressure-water filling damage strength. the curve and equation of confining pressure anddamage degree were fitted out.Research on the action of seepage-stress of coal(rock) damage deformation,comprehensive initial damage and the damage evolution characteristics of coal(rock),the seepage-damage coupling constitutive model of coal(rock)mass and permeabilitytensor evolution equation were established. Based on the coal(rock)structure,theestablishment of coal(rock) medium of pore-fluid-solid coupling model, and putforward the seepage-damage coupling mathematical model of press-shear and tension.Crack. Based on this,the deformationmechanism was studied.Base on damage experiment and seepage-damage theory,This paper developedfinite element program of seepage-damage coupled model and the programs wereapplied to evaluate the stability of water-filled slope in Dongming and Haerwusuopen-pit mine. the wetting process of coal(rock), seepage field distribution of slope,damage field evolution and so on were simulated through Seepage-damage coupling theory and the theory based on permeation mechanics and Coal rock mechanics, thispaper also discussed the deformation mechanism of water-filled coal rock slope.Through the investigation and drilling, and other means to master the coal rockdistribution, weak layer and faults tectonic characteristics. At the same time, The jointmonitoring system of Electronic Total Station and geological radar was used to monitorthe dynamic deformation of water filling coal rock slope. Monitoring results confirmreliability of the theory and numerical calculation, and further realize the slide forecast.
