Wuliangsu lake is the important part of the hetao irrigation district in Inner Mongolia and hasvery important meaning in Economic society development and ecological environmentprotection.Through each medium on the three-dimensional sampling to Wuliangsu lake, the lakewater and the bottom putty nutritive elements and the heavy metal pollution and the environmenteffect are studied. The papet carries out the innovative attempt in the lake ecological environmentassessment method and the sample medium gathering aspect. The purpose of the present work is to study pollution status of bed sediments and lake waterof the Wuliangsu lake through analyzing their distribution characteristics and law of migration andenrichment of nutrient elements and heavy matal in Wuliangsu lake assisted by related elementsdistribution characteristics of atmospheric dust and irrigating water in lake area.Input flux ofnutrient leements and heavy matal of Wuliangsu lake is determined. Through analyzingsedimentary environment, heavy matal and nutrientl elements sedimentary history recovery, bedsediments and water area early warning is studied.Taking the sustainable development and system theory as guide, data of field investigation, differen tridimensional tmedia samplings testing are analyzed in this thesis by using principles ofecology, hydrography, hydrogeology, remote-sense geology, geochemistry, environmentology, sedimentology, hydrogeochemist and isotope hydrology. Nutrient elements and heavy matalpollitants and their enviromental effects of the water and bed sediments of the Wuliangsu lake inInner Megolia are studied. The following results are obtained in the present study.1According to comprehensive evaluation method, eutrophication of lake water isstudied.,nutritious level is eutrophication-severe eutrophication. The comprehensive score is70-80.2.The reason of eutrophication of lake water are analyzed. Agricultural fertilizer pollution isthe largest pollution source. TN maily come from farmLand recession flow and industrial wastewater. TN arises from domestic sewage chiefly. COD is from Agricultural fertilizer pollutionmaily.3.Assessment of potential ecological risk is done for heavy matal of bed sediments of theWuliangsu lake. Ecological risk of bed sediments is Hg and Cd maily.Other elements includingAs,Cu,Pb,Cr,Zn is low to moderate. Ecological and environmental warning of Wuliangsu lake isstudied.Ecological rick degree is light warning. 4.Ecosystem health of Wuliangsu lake were evaluated.Health status of Wuliangsu lake wasimproved once between1994and2000. Health status of Wuliangsu lake gradually deterioratewhen in the present century. Now Wuliangsu lake is in unhealthy status.5.Ecological effect of Wuliangsu lake is researched. The fish in Wuliangsu lake has relativelyserious biological toxicity. As farmLand fertilizer, bed sediments in Wuliangsu lake has certainrisk.6.Through the determination of Wuliangsu lake deposit d137Cs and210Pb,its depositionage is determined. the nutritive elements and the heavy metal pollution history a was preliminarilyrestored in the paper.
