Rock burst occurred when hard brittle rock in areas where high-stress concentrated, with detective sound, which origin from elastic energy release all of a Sudden. It is a special pressure appearance which with the dynamic damage and projection as its typical forms of expression. The research to rock burst mechanism, especially the study of the rock burst tendency is the hot and difficult topic to rock mechanics researchers all over the world. At the same time, how to use the effective technical methods to research the precursors of activities regularity during rock burst incubation, and on this basis, form the methods of pressure to disaster monitoring and control to the rock mass which have a high tendency of rock burst, which become the key research subject in deep mine exploitation.This paper has carried out a comprehensive study on ground pressure activities regularity in Hongtoushan mine. Research and test on the tendency of rock burst based on the Kaiser effect were carried out, and comparison analysis with other ground stress test methods were done too; At the same time, establish the mechanical model of rock burst of the mine, and carried out numerical analysis on the mechanism of rock burst by the Rock Failure Process Analysis software (RFPA) in the laboratory; Base on the AE principle and positioning technology, the process of cracks’dynamic evolution process were studied on the different types of rocks. On this basis, microseismic monitoring system in deep stops of Hongtoushan copper mine was set up. Time non-linear method was introduced to study seismic monitoring data base on pattern recognition technology. Finally, prevention and scientific control method for the potential risk of regional disasters in rock mass where with a high burst tendency was introduced, which has important practical value to make the exploitation in deep mine safety and efficient approved by field practice. This article studies mainly in the following areas:[1] doing comprehensive study on ground pressure situation of rock burst in Hongtoushan copper mine, including analysis the reason of the rock burst, make conclusions to the rock burst’s types of appearance, sum up the influence of rock burst, analysis the ground stress distribution of wall-rock in deep stops of Hongtoushan by using the software of3D-sigma software;[2] carried out analysis on the difference of Kaiser effect principle and other methods in ground pressure test, take the test to research original rock stress based on Kaiser effect, sum up the original rock stress distribution and analyze rock burst tendency in Hopngtoushan copper mine;[3] establishing the mechanical model of rock burst in Hongtoushan copper mine, and has done numerical analysis on the rock burst of three physical models to study stress field evolution under loading conditions, and analyze of rock burst mechanism in the process of incubation according. All the research above are done by RFPA;[4] based on AE principle and positioning technology, experiments on whole fracture process of rock under different load conditions were carried. Dynamic evolution regularities of internal cracks in rock and precursor characteristics of rock failure were study, which, providing a theoretical basis for field application of AE technique;[5] established microseismic monitoring system in Hongtoushan Copper Mine, making real-time monitoring to Hongtoushan Copper’s pressure activities; Inspecting the location accuracy of the mine Seismic monitoring system by time blasting. Analysis on locating error and mainly influence factors on seismic monitoring system location accuracy were carried out and improved measure of the system was introduced;[6] optimizing exploitation methods of mining technology was introduced which adapt to danger region of rock mass with high rock burst tendency. A complete program of mesh support to rock mass which with a high rock burst tendency was formed based on numerical simulation on reliability of anchor and metal mesh support by FLAC software. Aim at the influence of blasting, technical measure was introduced based on discussion and analysis.
