| The rapid development of industrial and agricultural production, making a large amount of sewage containing nitrogen and phosphorus load discharged into lakes and reservoirs such as landscape water body, increase the degree and scope of nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in water body, not only brought serious damage to the economy, also caused a huge threat to the health of human beings, thus the natural water bodies such as lakes and reservoirs of nitrogen and phosphorus pollution problem has become the world’s major projects of water environmental protection.Of this study is based on a number of studies reported on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) promote host plants absorb nutrients, on the basis of the iris joint AMF build a symbiotic system, different biological purification system(AMF-Iris symbiotic system, Polyurethane carrier microorganism and AMF-Iris joint pu carrier to build biological purification system) of different concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater removal effect, from the perspective of environmental microbiology to explore the different mechanism of the biological removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in water, the comprehensive evaluation of different biological purification system for polluted water concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect is the best for the application of biological purification system in the actual engineering to provide favorable scientific basis.Soil culture stage respectively for G. mosseaeã€G. intraradices with Iris to build AMF-Iris symbiotic system, different AMF for growing role in the growth of iris. Results show that the mycorrhizal AMF and Iris to build complex can form the symbiotic relationship of mutual benefit, the different direction of AMF respectively from the ground, underground growth of Iris, which G. mosseae effect on the growth of Iris is to promote more prominent, and improves the resistance to iris of nutritional stress state and the external environment of the resistance.And G. intraradices major role in the growth of iris is significantly enhanced the irises of total root length, specific surface area, root volume and the average diameter of underground root morphology index. Because of phytoremediation technology of purifying water body mainly through is the root of filtering and developed root system can also provide good habitats for microorganisms, thus selecting G. intraradices with iris build a symbiotic system used for water purification.AMF-Iris symbiotic system can effectively relieve the different concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus pollution and removing effect is stable, for total nitrogen removal efficiency increased with the increase of the content of total nitrogen in water, where N is 40 mg/L high concentrations of sewage in AMF-Iris symbiotic system of 25 days of TN, NH4+-N and NO3--N purification rate reached 97.6%, 96.7% and 96.7%, respectively. Using llumina Mi Seq technology of AMF-Iris symbiotic system to monitor the microbial community structure, the results show that nitrogen and phosphorus to purify the water in addition to relying on the root parts adsorption performance, it is important to the AMF-Iris symbiotic system root attached set with a large amount of nitrogen is a the advantage bacterium group, such as anaerobic denitrifying bacteria-Comamonadaceae unclassified, heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification bacteria-Acidovorax, nitrifying bacteria-Rhodanobacter. The AMF-Iris symbiotic system for nitrogen and phosphorus in water total phosphorus removal rate is decreased with increasing total phosphorus content. 8 mg/L P for low concentration of water in AMF-Iris symbiotic system 25 days TP removal efficiency reached 80.5%, at the same time the AMF-Iris symbiotic system root attached set with a large number of aerobic denitrifying phosphorus accumulating bacteria-Dechloromonas, phosphorus accumulating bacteria-Thermomonas the phosphorus removal efficiency advantage bacterium group.Polyurethane(Pu) carrier microorganism removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus in water is proportional to the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus, when it into 4 days to reach the best treatment effect, then the water concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus rebound will happen. Pu carrier microbial system of N, P concentration of 40 mg/L and 8 mg/L high concentrations of water of TN NH4+-N, NO3--N, TP removal efficiency reached 91.2%, 95.6%, 98.3% and 95.6% respectively, and pu carrier microbial system is suitable for the purification cycle short and plenty of high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus dissolved oxygen water.
