This paper takes east district of Panyi coal mine as background, using geostress survey, three-dimensional geological body modeling, numerical simulation, and theoretical analysis, the inversion and reconstruction are studied.The main research work is as follow, math model of multiple linear regression model stress field inversion is built,3D visualization model of east district of Panyi mine field complex geological body is built by GOCAD 3D geology modeling software.Interactive program of GOCAD and FLAC3D,visual calculation of 3D visualization model is realized. Local stress fields characteristics are studied by in-situ measurement in east district of Panyi mine field. Elastic modulus may be the key index as geostress measurement quantitative disposa.And quantization evaluation new method is gave in different stiffness of rock. By large scale inversion of in-situ stress of east district of Panyi mine field,stress distribution characteristics is as follow.The main part of initial rock stress field is tectonic stress field, which is horizontal stress. The orientation of maximum principal stress extendsroughly east-west,and direction is very clear. Intermediate principal stress and horizontal stress increases with settlement depth,and horizontal stress depending on closely rock mass stiffness.Rock stress reduces near geologic faults.maximum principal stress is biased toward fault strike.By inversion and reconstruction of west the second mining area Panyi east coal mine, initial geostress field is obtain.Roadway layout in -850m west the second mining area is optimize.Field application effect is remarkable.
