The state of the beam running in the Linac and transport lines which is the injector of Hefei Light Source, has direct impact on the injection efficiency of the storage ring, and thus has an important impact on the beam operation of HLS storage ring and the quality of the synchrotron radiation light. To achieve the realtime measurement of the beam position, beam current, beam emittance and beam energy spread of the injecting beam of the storage ring with no affect the injection, a project to develop non-intercepting mult-parameters measurement of the injector beam based on stripline monitor has been worked on. The beam position measurement system, beam current measurement system, beam emittance measurement system and beam energy spread measurement system based on stripline monitor for the HLS Linac and transport lines and the HLS injector after be upgraded is desighed, which will be the important diagnostic device to provide high stability and high-quality synchrotron radiation light for HLS users.Firstly, the principles and methods of beam position measurement, beam current measurement, beam emittance measurement and beam energy spread measurement based on stripline monitor for Linac is analyzed, the formulas of position measurement and pick up σx2-σy2component through the induced signal of the stripline Beam Position Monitor and the eight-striplines Beam Energy Spread Monitor at both the difference/sum ratio (△/Σ) method and the log-ratio method are calculated. The advantages and features of the newly designed four-axis symmetry eight-striplines BESM are analyzed also.Accord to the plans and requirements of the HLS great repair upgrade project, the physical structure and the electrode’s angle, radius, length and other physical parameters of the stripline BPM and the eight-striplines BESM are designed, the coupling between electrodes and the resolution are calculated.Two off-line calibration system based on two different signal acquisition and processing system are developed. The short stripline BPM and the experimental eight-striplines BESM are calibrated by antenna method, and the fitting formulas of position, quadrupole component, sum signal and other parameters are got, which will reduce the measurement error of online beam position, beam current, beam emittance and beam energy spread in the future. The acceptance test of all the single-pass digital beam position processor Libera Brilliance Single Pass bought form IT company have been done after be received.With the stripline BPM, current transformer, quadrupole magnet and other equipments at HLS Linac and transport and Libera Brilliance Single Pass, the beam position measurement system, current measurement system and emittance measurement system are finished, the online measurement experiments are done, and the measurement results of beam position, beam current and beam emittance are got. At last the design of beam mult-parameters measurement system based on stripline monitor for HLS injector after be upgraded are introduced.Investigation of this subject is supported by National Natural Science Foundation project10875117and11175173.
