After years of efforts, intelligent distribution construction made has must results in China, built has several intelligent distribution business information system, but, all business information system most mutual independent, and since into system, no constitute a organic overall, led to all information system between information exchange difficulties, information resources difficult to shared, comprehensive utilization difficult to expand, overall benefit difficult to play, serious restricting has intelligent distribution information of development, its status has cannot adaptation intelligent distribution fast development of need.In this paper, the demand for the intelligent distribution services shared background based intelligent distribution of shared services in SOA and Web services combination of key technologies. First in smart distribution services shared needs analysis based on the analysis of the intelligent distribution services shared Intelligent Power Distribution shared services platform based on SOA architecture, strategy and implementation of key points; limitations exist for existing Web service composition proposed linear physical programming theory into a Web service selection based on the program to achieve and/or Web service composition model tree algorithm and combined with numerical examples to verify the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm; improved based on linear physical programming and genetic algorithm-based Web service selection model, its procedures to achieve numerical example shows the feasibility and applicability of the method. The main research content was as follows:First, SOA based Smart Distribution Gird Sharing Platform was analyzed. According to the Problems of Information Island in SDG information construction, analyzed the requirement of SDG information sharing, and Proposed SOA based SDG information sharing Platform architecture, the emphatically described solution and implementation details of railway information sharing.Next, the paper focused on AND/OR Tree-based Approach for Web Service Composition. Analyzed the description limitation of input/output dependency relationship in A1Planning and graph searching based Web service composition, Proposed AND/OR Tree-based approach for Web service composition. Firstly formal definition of Input/output Dependency AND/OR Tree is Proposed, furthermore described searching Algorithm to built Input/output Dependency AND/OR Tree, including basic AND/OR Tree search algorithm and special algorithm. We realized AND/OR tree search algorithm Based on "AI C++Search Class Library", and took the freight transportation cost Calculation flow as example to explain implementation steps of AND/OR tree-based Approach for Web service composition.Then, Two Improvement of Linear Physical Programming were discussed. Analyzed two limitations of Linear Physical Programming: repeated iteration when Solve convexity Parameter and complex form of Preference function, Proposed new Method to determine Proper initial value of convexity Parameter without iterations and Simple form of Preference function.Also, Linear Physical Programming and Genetic Algorithm based Web Service Selection were studied in detail. According to the limitation of existing weight-based Web service selection, Linear Physical Programming and Genetic Algorithm based Web service selection model is Proposed, including Linear Physical Programming based evaluation method of Composite service QoS and Genetic Algorithm based Web service selection model.Finally, Wulumuqi Electric Power Company was taken as an example to implement all the main design and key technologies into the pilot project. Based on SOA and its extension, A SDG Web service sharing Platform is developed, which adopts Utility Information Bus(UIB)to support CIS-compatible information services. And typical enterprise applications based on the IDP are built to empower decision-making ability. By adopting the Enterprise Application Integration technology and Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA), PMS and CMS are integrated together to support new and advanced business processes.
