Developed countries of the west have entered the era of service economy. The eraof service economy accelerates socialized division of labor. Mutual service betweenenterprises is an important way to win the marketplace and strengthen the corecompetitive ability. At present, our country is the middle and later stages ofindustrialization, with fully developed in manufacturing industry, we face the problemof shifting from a manufacturing economy to a service economy which developedcountries of the west faced in the ’80s. In order to solve this outstanding issue, we putforward guidelines as “Drive the industrialization with the information-based industry,Promote the information-based industry with the industrialization†at national level and“Manufacturing Information Engineering†at implementation level.The current manufacturing informatization has made certain achievements in theresearch and application of solving manufacturing problems in the field of digital,integrated, collaborative and networked. But to the further application and achieveremarkable economic benefits, there are some difficult to overcome in the aspect ofoperation mode and technology, especially in business model, resource sharing andsecurity. However, in recent years, the development and commercial application of thenew generation of information technology, for example cloud computing, Internet ofThings and Big Data, provides reference business model and new technical support forthe transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.In this context, a new service-oriented networked manufacturing mode called cloudmanufacturing (CM) is proposed in2010. Its core is the "manufacturing" as the"service". The propose of CM has been highly concerned by domestic and foreignresearch scholars, in the past four years, around the concept of CM, content, features,core technology, integrated technology, application mode and other direction, manyscholars have carried out much meaningful research work.However, by conbining theresearch status of CM, i think that the current CM research need to be resolve some keytechnologies as CM operation mode for specific application,especially the CM servicemodel for the machining areasã€the manufacturing resources cloud in machiningã€manufacturing service discovery method of machining, processing service optimizationand system development strategy in CM environment.In this paper, i carried out thefollowing five aspects’ research work by surrounding the above questions: (1) From systems engineering, manufacturing systems engineering, manufacturingfeatures cloud departure, i clarified that CM belongs to manufacturing systemsengineering.Then by the idea of generalized modeling in manufacturing systemsengineering, from six aspects such as electronic business model, system architecture,production life cycle, manufacturing action status and so on, we studied the systemstructure and characteristics of the CM. On this basis this paper proposes a designmethod of model building for CM applications. In this way as a guide, considering themechanical processing field characteristics i have built a CM service platform systemfor mechanical processing, and its operation mode is designed.(2) By researching on the characteristics of manufacturing resource, capabilitiesand services under CM environment, this paper proposed a logical relational modelcomprising manufacturing resource, capabilities and services. Two modeling principlesof manufacturing services were proposed on this basement, which lead to posing ademand housing model on abstract manufacturing task and a constructing mode ofmanufacturing service information model on the basis of demand housing model. Onthe basis of this model, the paper designed models orienting multi-granularitymanufacturing task and manufacturing services on process-lever and part-level. Finally,the paper proposed architecture and conversion principle of manufacturing serviceswhich was encapsulated as Agent.(3) The paper focused on CM services of machining, and posed a service methodof machining-oriented CM system which constructed a multi-granularity manufacturingservice establishing framework with a main construction of Agent by the use ofmulti-Agent technology. The paper proposed a discovery process by constructingMulti-Agent interaction principle. Combined with the question of study field, the paperconstructed a simulation environment orienting process-level and part-lever, analyzedthe difference between the resource and service under current CM environment throughtwo sets of simulation experiments, and showed superiority and practicality of themethod.(4) The optimization issue for the machining of multi-granularity manufacturingservices was analyzed; the optimization description of the problem for the process-level,part-class service was defined; a multi-granularity manufacturing services optimizationmodel in machining under CM environment was proposed, which considers not only thelogistics impact between service side, but also considering the logistics chain affectbetween the customer service side of the first, the last service side with customers, to build a more realistic mathematical optimization manufacturing services model. In orderto solve the multi-objective problem, the multi-objective problem was converted into asingle objective problem by using a priority conversion method. On the analysis of avariety of intelligent algorithm, an improved particle swarm algorithm was proposed tosolve the multi-granularity optimization manufacturing services problem. Finally, thesuperiority of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm were analyzed bysimulation models in this article.(5) After analyzing the current machining service-oriented platform, the targetanalysis of machined cloud services platform was carried out based on the serviceplatform framework proposed in this paper. Using rapid application engineeringguidelines as development methods, a CM prototype system for the machining wasdesigned including its main business processes and core databases. And the main pageof the system was developed by using the development framework, such as Joomla.In summary, this paper comprehensively analyzed the research background of CM,the research progress of CM in recent years is reviewed, and the current main problemsin research of CM were pointed out. The issues, such as, the strategy of CM operationmode, the digital description of manufacturing resources, the discovery andoptimization of manufacture services, and prototype system development for specificareas were studied. The study enriches the current CM research results, and provides areference solution for the development of CM system in specific areas. |
