With the rapid development of high-speed railway, the real-time running speed of the high-speed train is becoming more and more faster to make train’s control technology and performance requirements must be increasingly high requirements to develop. The train operation control system is the core control system in rail transportation system, it can ensure trains safety and smooth operation. The speed control of high-speed train is an important composition part in train operation control system. In this dissertation, a deficiency of now speed control on high speed train is found by principle analysis and quantitative calculation of the speed processing errors, combined with the characteristics of high-speed train operation control, the speed control precision and effect have been improved through the multiinformation fusion and filtering, multi-mode intelligent control technique and set point optimization design of speed loop control system on hight-speed train. And the operation efficiency of hight speed train and rail capacity have been improved.Firstly, The principle of speed sensor on hight speed train, the characteristic of velocity information, the speed & distance unit, velocity measurement error and so on were studied. And the multi-speed information fusion and filtering methods were studied well base on the 4 channel speed information which had been detected and pretreatment. The multi-information fusion and filtering methods were dealt respectively with arithmetic mean filter, weighted arithmetic mean filter, federated Kalman filter and adaptive federated Kalman filter algorithm. On this basis, the comparative study was carried out at high speed and low speed base on weighted average algorithm, and algorithm of federated Kalman filter and adaptive federated Kalman filter were designed, and the adaptive federated Kalman filtering problem about 4 sensors normal and one of them failure were discussed. And a large number of simulation were made on related algorithms and the statistical result of simulation were analyzed.Secondly, on the basis of operational objectives of safety, comfort and efficiency for high speed train, the line speed limit, temporary speed restriction, parameters of train, parameter of rail and so on were studied, multi-mode intelligent control algorithm with BangBang, PI, self-adaptive fuzzy PID and the expert monitor operation control were designed. According to the running characteristics of high speed train, line speed limit, control requirements of high speed train and such as, the switching thresholds of multi-mode intelligent control algorithm were optimized.Once again, the speed control methods of multi-mode intelligent control based on multi-information fusion and filtering were studied. According to the real train parameters and track parameters, the force of high speed train was analyzed and the formula of force calculation was derived. The design and simulation of speed control system for various control methods in multi-mode control were Made. The algorithm of multi-mode intelligent control based on multi-information fusion and filtering was studied, all program flow chart of speed control system on hight speed train was organized and drawn, and speed control of high speed train based on the real train parameters and track parameters was designed. And the programs in MATLAB were programmed to make simulation study according to the design method and the algorithm.Finally, a simulation test platform based on PCL836 card was designed. On this test platform, the advantage that configuration software is better to read hardware data and MATLAB software has a strong data processing ability to achieve data acquisition to have done data storage, data processing and data display were used, and the data communication between configuration software and MATLAB based on OPC technology was achieved, at the same time, the 4 channel speed information come from MATLAB was fused and the simulation curve of before and after data fusion and multi-mode intelligent control were plotted.According to the above much simulation, the results show that it can achieve better fusion effect base on federated Kalman filter and adaptive federated Kalman filter algorithm, and the adaptive federated Kalman filter algorithm is applied to high-speed train system to improve the measurement precision and fault tolerance. Multi-mode control enables high-speed train system have better dynamic performance and steady-state performance, which will not only improve the adaptability of the high-speed trains, but also provide a valuable method for the safe, efficient and comfortable operation of the high-speed trains. The rationality and feasibility of the scheme have been verified by the results of simulation test platform.
