Prefabricated shear wall with concrete filled steel tube frame columns is a new building structure system, which adapt to the national strategy for energy-saving and emission reduction, adapt to the development trend of building industrialization. It not only inherits the good carrying capacity and excellent seismic performance of cast-in-situ structure system, and through the conversion of prefabrication and assembly construction type, realizes the sustainable development goal for industrial production and convenient construction in construction industry, in addition, provides new options for high-rise building construction in the city.Compared with the cast structure, many connection of joints and connecting seams in the building strcture system. The joints and connecting seams with safe and reliable effect is the premise to ensure assemble successgully the prefabricated structure, is the important factors to determine the whole performance of prefabricated structure not less than that of cast structure, also the key link to restrict the whole performance research and the popularization and application.In this paper, we carried out the research work as follows:a, For the connecting seam connection between concrete filled steel tube frame column and shear wall, the low cyclic loadings test of24specimens carried out, to verify the good connection performance of combination connection with "horizontal distributing steel bar+pin key", to reveal the damage mechanism of connecting seam connection, and put forward the corresponding calculation formula to shear capacity.b, For the joints connection of the vertical distributed steel bar in reinforced concrete shear wall, the high stress repeated tension and compression test of27sleeve grouting butt joint specimens carried out, to reveal the damage mechanism of ultimate anchorage, and put forward the corresponding design formula to anchor connection; For the bond failure of the sleeve grouting butt joint, the finite element analysis carried out and compared with the experimental results, confirmed that the two has good coincide.c, For the joints connection of concrete filled steel tube frame column, the low cyclic loadings test of reduced scale shear wall specimen carried out, to analyze the ultimate carrying capacity of grouting sleeve connection, and the finite element analysis analyzed the stress distribution and failure mode of grouting sleeve with, to verify the good connection performance, and has good agreement with the test results.d, According to the stress characteristics of grouting material in concrete filled steel tube joint, on the base of axis loading test results of10local compression specimens and24punching specimens, this paper summed up the mechanical properties and failure characteristics of high strength grouting material confined by steel tube, analyzed the influencing factors of the local compression and punching failure, and put forward the calculation formula to ultimate bearing capacity under the corresponding condition.e, According to the overall performance of prefabricated shear wall structure,1reduced scale prefabricated shear wall specimen with all connection technology, through the low cyclic loadings test, to analyze the performance of prefabricated shear wall and the safety reliability of the connection technology.Through the above research, this paper proposed the new connection technology with reasonable force and convenient construction for the joints and connecting seams, by the comparison between experimental research and finite element analysis, verified the reliable connection properties of connection technology, confirmed the feasiblitity of prefabricated shear wall system with concrete filled steel tube frame columns, and provided necessary technical reference for the follow-up study.
