:The urban tunnel construction influence on the surroundingenvironment has alwaysbeen a key scientific problem to be resolved. Tunnel construction is bound to have a certain degree of disturbance to the surrounding environment (such as buildings, underground pipelines, etc), when shallow tunneling method usedby large section of urban tunnel construction, and thus affectits normal use and structural safety. Especially in recent years, with the advent of urban underground engineering construction boom, this phenomenon will be more and the problems arising will be more prominent. Therefore, the study on large section urban shallow construction affect on adjacent buildings and their control has important practical significance, and its core science and technology will provide a guiding role for the implementation of similar projects.In this paper, on the basis of domestic and foreign literature on extensive research, mainly in Xiamen airport road project JC3tenders large section of urban highway tunnel through surface engineering of complex groups of buildings as background, combined with other similar engineering practice, using the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement method of combining, With deeply and systematically study on core issues such as basic theory and key technology involved by large sections of the city Shallow tunnel through building complex projects, has made the following main Results:(1) For the characteristics of large section tunnel across a building under construction, according to the interaction of tunnel-stratum-buildings, clear the stratum deformation is the key to the security control of a tunnel through the building, so take grouting reinforcement stratum (inside and surface) is the key of construction process of large section tunnel through the Buildings.(2) According to the engineering of the study object characteristics, from basic form of the building, the positional with the tunnel and the buildings structure type, Make the security classification of buildings and provide reference for similar building control standards.(3) To focus on study of the building displacement control standards, proposed the systematic ideas and methods of control targets, On the basis, established principles and procedures to control standards and expounded the features of standard application real, detailed combined with practical engineering. Based on the existing building control standards, according to the experimental results, put forward the changes in the building to determine the fracture surface subsidence control standards.(4) According to the characteristics of spatial relationship between of buildings and runnels, proposed interactions mechanics model about tunnel and masonry structures in theory, on the basis of assumed that the stratum and building has coordination deformation(5) Basis on grouting uplift theory, establish a process control of stratum and building deformation, and establish a process recovery that the main way is grouting uplift.To confirms the above theory through the application of different engineering practice, and by similar engineering inspection.
