The necessity of removing original slope support during the process of highway construction will redistribute the slope stress, so the slope stability is in dynamic development process in this time.The excavation sequences, rainfall capacity during the construction period have significant effects on it.If mishandled, the slope maybe loses its stability.So the slope deformation and stability rules during the excavation process, reasonable excavation and support method and slope reinforcement measures have significant meaning to the safe of reconstruction projection.Based on the Liu-nan highway reconstruction project K1456+800 ~ K1468+300 section, the stability of slope during the excavation process have been studied with the aid of centrifuge model test, finite element numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The aim of this research is the rules of slope excavation deformation with the main clue of stability control scheme.In this paper, the influencing factors of slope stability have been system analyzed first,thencombining the specific circumstance of Liu-nan highway reconstruction project, the sensitivity analysis of the slope excavation factors have been taken.At last the reliability analysis of cohesion and internal friction angle has carried on using the methods of response surface and Monte Carlo.With the aid of optical displacement sensor and non-contact displacement monitoring system,the deformation rules of slope excavation model with actual stress which was constructed by the 60 gt centrifugal model test system of Chang’anUniversity, and the dynamic development rules of slope stability under different excavation sequence construction method have been revealed.With the aid of rainfall device invented based onthe geotechnical centrifuge systemthe rainfall have been simulated, then the influence of rainfall during the excavation process to the slope stability and the development rules of slope stability after different rainfall capacity have been research.With the Liu-nan highway typical slope as the model sample, the influence of different excavation sequence to the slope safety factor, stress, displacement have analyzed by the finite element numerical simulation.At the same time, confirm the slope toe point after excavation according the width of road widening.Using this as a benchmark and finite element software ADINA, the numerical calculation models whose excavation proportion are 1:0.75、1:1 and 1:1.25 has been set up, and the influence of excavation depth, excavation classification to the slope safety factor, stress and displacement.Finally, commonly treatment methods which used to control the deformation of slope excavation construction issummarized. The design and calculation method of the corresponding methods are analyzed.The reasonable construction scheme suitable for reconstruction of the slope are put forward.Information construction technology was effectively applied to control measures of slope stability in the reconstruction. The reasonable construction principles are defined.The security and stability of the integrity slope construction is ensured. That is play an important role in stable and safety for late.
