The requirement of high performance remote sensing camera had improved a lot recently, which brings unprecedented challenges to the electronics system design. The traditional testing methods for the parameters testing could not meet the related designing. Therefore, a measurement platform used for testing electronics system parameters based on quantitative evaluation of performance is particularly essential. In this article, a further study for testing electronics system in remote sensing camera was carried out from three aspects: testing model establishment, testing method research and testing platform construction.An imaging based electronics evaluation system with multi parameters was established. This system includes core indexes and process imaging parameters. There are five core indexes were presented to evaluate the system: Modulation Transfer Function(MTF), Signal-Noise Ratio(SNR), Dynamic Range(DR), Ground Sampling distance(GSD), Sensitivity and Non-linear. The influence factors of each core index were analyzed in detail. And ultimately the testing matrix was formed by extracting the imaging process parameters from analysis. By discussing the incomplete charge transfer, image mismatch by charge transfer vertical, MTF affected by V/Q nonlinearity, the mathematical model with quantitative evaluation was established.The further research about imaging parameters testing was focused on the improvement of traditional testing methods and new measurement methods. The imaging electronic sensitivity testing method was improved. And the data processing was simplified with high accuracy. Based on the PFPN curve evaluating, a testing method for the optical fixed pattern noise was carried out. By combining the PFPN curve and video response curve, the DN/V nonlinearity and V/Q nonlinearity could be distinguished. In addition, the measurement for the TDI CCD vertical transfer efficiency was realized by a special timing testing method, which could solve the problem of engineering testing.Based on these theoretical researches, a measurement platform used for testing parameters of electronics system in remote sensing camera was established.
