With the increasingly development and utilization scale of renewable energy and rising proportion in power structure, the power system has been changed fundamentally in terms of morphological structure and operation control mode, and gradually formed to be alternate electrical power system. How to consume intermittent renewable energy in safely and efficiently way has become a significant problem faced by power system. Currently, the research mainly focus on the power optimal design of supply side, optimal dispatching of grid side and response mechanism and planning management of demand side. Research on the operation stability, economy and joint resources planning of AEPS are still in the primary stage. Therefore, building stability and economic operation model of AEPS, providing theoretical evidence for the government to promote supply side structure reform, formulate periodically energy-saving emission reduction targets, construction standards of renewable power units as well as price subsidies has very important significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows:The operation stability model of AEPS is proposed. Based on the characteristics study of power output on the supply side and load response on the demand side, Current renewable energy consumption bottleneck problem is considered to be reverse distribution of energy resources and energy demands. Analyze the bottleneck problem of renewable energy consumption. To address the challenge of reverse distribution and bilateral random of source and demand, AEPS stability model is established on the basis of conventional generator regulating capacity limit, and derived minimum renewable energy access standard to the power grid under the condition of load change space. The source and load interaction mechanism based on the demand response is also proposed to solve the stability problem of power system when large-scale renewable energy access.The operation economic model of AEPS is proposed by lowest AEPS’s Levelized Cost of Energy(LCOE) based on the analysis of source and load interaction dispatching cost and benefits. Integrated dispatching strategy is designed on Multi-agent system, and improved gravitational search algorithm(GSA) is adopted to solve optimal unit commitment meeting constraints set and energy matching scheme of power supply and demand on different time scales. Research on cost-sharing mechanism during source and load interaction dispatching based on cooperative game is also studied, Shapley value method is used to calculate income distribution mechanism among renewable power generation enterprises, conventional power generation enterprises, power grid enterprises and power sale enterprises as electricity and feed-in tariff for their inner contact. The government subsidy policy recommendations are based on income distribution result.A joint planning model of active distribution network(ADN) is proposed. The model is on the basis of sustainable development theory and takes the integration of distributed power supply and demand side resources into consideration. Aiming at minimum total investment during planning period, three points of ADN sustainable development as the constraints, adopt improved GSA to solve planning scheme of supply and demand resource structure from current situation to optimum phase. Achieve power structure’s adjustment and optimization, as well as the resource allocation of demand side. Take distributed power supply and electric vehicles charging station as representative of supply and demand, respectively. Which standards are studied to avoid the waste of funds and resources caused by disorderly construction.Develop an interactive visual analysis platform of AEPS.The platform adopts component architecture based on bigdata technology, validates the model’s accuracy and effectiveness proposed according to a regional power grid’s measured data, and verifies the rationality of the proposed method on empirical analysis.
